+1 on scurry Oak without triggers with Thunderbond Vanguard
Scurry Oak was triggering for +1 counter and making tokens every time they transformed into Thunderbond Vanguard copies in testing with sparky witrh no way of applying +1

The Scurry Oak's evolve ability provides the counters and enables the loop. Because the new token enters as a Thunderbond Vanguard, its power is always higher than the Oaks and so evolve triggers with each token created.
