phyrexian dragon engine cast from graveyard with mayhem not wheeling
Since I built my Green Goblin (Aka Fleem) deck, I have used Phyrexian Dragon Engine in hopes that it would wheel my hand in a similar way to Nibelheim Aflame. However, though these cards have the same rules text, PDE does not wheel my hand while Nibelheim Aflame does. Please fix this!

Because you CAST it from the graveyard. It did not ENTER from the graveyard. Since you've cast it, it entered from the STACK.
