Lion's eye diamond not working correctly.
The rules around lion's eye diamond do not work correctly. I was unable to pay for a mana leak with my LED. This lead to me losing the game

You have to respond to the Mana Leak by activating LED. You cannot activate it in the middle of Mana Leak resolving, because LED requires instant timing to activate, which you cannot fulfil during the resolution of a spell. Arena probably skipped the priority to do so, due to it being a mana ability.
