Mine Collapse bugged
I encounter the following bug. A had a mine collapse in hand and a mountain in play but the system refused to let me cast it during my opponents turn on their Nissan who shakes the world. Other permeants in play were zuran orb, sentinel of the nameless city, a map token, laelia, the blade reforged and inti.

Did you have the 4 mana available to cast it? Because the alterntive cost is only available on your turn as per the card's text.
