spell pierce broken against - 'overlord of the balemurk'
spell pierce is broken. it did not let me cast it when a swamp player played 'overlord of the balemurk' enchantment even though i had the mana for it. first time i have seen this happen.
happened after the update. might not work on any enchantments.
screenshot of after the turn. had spell piece and one blue mana but no option to cast.
at least wizards finally banned vivi, proft and screaming nemesis!
stop making overpowered BS cards. in fact all swamp should be banned because it's BS. they have zero weaknesses and can do everything all the colors do. it's TOTAL GARBAGE. RUINS THE GAME.

Impending an Overlord is still casting it as a creature spell. It is a creature spell for the entire time it is on the stack. It just ENTERS as a noncreature enchantment. That's why you can't counter it with Spell Pierce, it's not a legal target.
Also, an object having card types other than creature when also having the type creature does not ever make the object a noncreature. It is a creature, therefore it is not a noncreature.
