Manifest and water bending
A manifested creature with waterbend adds the waterbending’s additional cost requirement in order to flip it. You may tap creatures to help pay for this cost. I believe we should only need to pay the mana value. Ex: Benevolent Water Spirit from an Abhorrent Oculus trigger.

It is more than just waterbending, I have found that this is true for any additional costs for a manifested creatures that were not printed in Duskmourn (such as Guardian of the Great Door).
