Receive 4 converted cards into gems in 2 golden packs
I opened 2 golden packs to received 12 cards, but for my surprise I received 8 cards and 4 converted into gems.
But, the rules and the objective of the golden pack is complete the sets.
Wizards I need 4 cards of some set, I can't open more packs until this error is corrected.

I'm seeing this behaviour too. After your golden pack change due to "internal nonsense," duplicate protection in golden packs is broken.
