Golden Pack issue
I know you have some kind of issues going on with Golden Packs since the "Avatar: The Last Airbender" set came out. However, I just opened a Golden Pack and received gems for some rare card I already had 4 copies of. I thought the entire idea of Golden Packs was that I would be receiving rares / mythic rares that I did NOT have 4 copies of. What happened?

Hey Wizards, can we get some sort of acknowledgement here? Even if it's just to say that you won't fix it or that it's working as intended, it would be nice to know that we aren't just wasting our time shouting into the void.

The same happened to me. I lost 9 mithyc/rare cards due to this bug. I will not open golden packs til this bug be fixed

I'm also seeing this. I'm not rare/mythic complete for Through the Omen Paths, Edge of Eternities, or Aetherdrift, but instead of getting cards from these sets, I'm getting gems. Even with your so-called "internal nonsense", duplicate protection should still work.
