Currently: You cast a spell, opponent casts counterspell, you can cast Redirect Lightning, but there are no valid targets to change the counterspell too, so things get stuck.
Should be: Either disallow Redirect Lightning to be cast if it can't retarget the spell to a valid target, or allow a way out of the freeze.
