Instant Casting resolve order
Your instant casting is not working by your own rule book. Opponent cast a sorcery targeting my card. I cast an instant giving it hexproof. He than cast an instant targeting the same card to destroy it. Yet his instant resolves first. Via your own rule book the first instant cast should resolve first.

Then you should read that rulebook again, because you clearly did not understand it. The stack works Last-In-First-Out. The last thing added to the stack resolves first. Time of casting is irrelevant.
