The client disconnected at the beginning of a game and didn’t notify me. I drew my opening hand and was on the draw so I would not be prompted to keep or mulligan until after my opponent made their decision. My opponent didn’t make a decision and appeared to time out, but it was only when the timer ticked all the way down and the turn didn’t pass to me that I realized it had disconnected. By the time I was able to close and re launch the client, it had already conceded the game. This happened around 6 or 7 pm eastern time on 11/24. As this happened during a draft event, I request a full refund for the entry cost.
