I went to purchase the £44.99 which i believe is 9200 gems. It came up with the error...
"Error: you already own this item"
"Store Error: Store purchase failed duplicate transaction"
It only happens with this gem pack.
I am using android mobile and android tablet. Both Samsung. I have tried:
-restarting game.
-restarting phone.
-uninstalling game app.
On both devices.
I already reported this to customer service who told me to post here.

This now happens with purchases of 4x rare wildcards. Still having samd issue with gems. Obviously wizards don't want my money. Have had no help and its getting worse.
