Sparky constantly appears on home screen
Since today's update, Sparky has been appearing onscreen and talking to me whenever I return to the Arena home screen. It tells me, in its annoying British voice, that I'm well on my way to beominc a Planeswalker. I finished the tutorial over a year ago and haven't seen Sparky since, until it started intruding again today.

This Sparky issue has the appearance that MTG Arena doesn't consider it a problem. MTG Arena has not corrected it nor responded to the many complaints. It is anoying enough to make me not want to play. Turning the volume off or muting is not a real fix, and affects other game play elements. If this constant appearance of Sparky is somehow strategic (on purpose) by MTG Arena, then they/you have really missed the mark!

Same issue. I've resorted to setting "Voice" in the audio settings to 0%, however it also affects in-game voice audio such as planeswalkers. Please fix.

It isn't first time when this problem appears. I just can't get how is it possible to implement so dificult game mechanics and be unable to fix something so simple?

Not again, it was the same problem a few years ago and it took ages for Wizards to fix it. Sparky wouln't just shut up. I'm already a great planeswalker. Wouldn't expect this to be fixed until next year.
