I get this every time I go to the main menu on both Windows and Android

Every **** time i go to the home screen whether after a match or not. I'm about to quit playing.

How has it been 2 patches without a fix? It is grating to open the client and hear the same voiceline every time, including when closing the shop or a match, makes it hard to do.

Please, please fix this. I only recently started, just before this began to fritz. I can honestly say that, had the online client been bugged in this highly annoying and remarkably easy to fix manner when I started, I may not have stuck with the client. It has a feeling of extreme disregard for the user experience. It has been -months- now, for a bug that was created by a patch in the first place. Please, prioritize this.

For players, you can disable the voice through the sounds options in the menu to avoid developing killer instincts

Another update today. No fix. I really was hoping when I saw the download going on...

Sparky's been doing this since November 2025. Sparky does this Every Single Time you finish a match. Not on startup. Every single match, they will return and inform you of your quests and your journey to being a great planeswalker.

Please tell Sparky to go home.

It's been a month, it so annoying. I'll take being stuck in a Ocarina of Time dungeon with Navi over this.

Please fix this. It is driving me and everyone else crazy. Why is it such a low priority that it survived even a single client update let alone multiple, including a set release? These are voice lines intended to be heard once as a tutorial and even the first time they are grating, hearing it after every match is literally so annoying I am sure it is COSTING YOU MONEY from players not wanting to play.

How is this still not resolved? It's been over a month.

Oh my god please fix this. It's literally making me not want to play. Just disable the stupid thing or whatever, just MAKE IT GO AWAY. Do you have any idea how infuriating it is to get bombarded with this **** not just every time I log in, but after EVERY SINGLE MATCH.

I've totally minimised Voice in the audio section to at least rid myself and other family members of this annoyance. I regularly pay for item in this game because I support your work but shall not be buying any more until this is irrevocably fixed - I cannot now enjoy the full game when cards etc with voices are no longer audible.

I submitted a bug report when this first occurred way before Christmas, plus a second feedback suggestion to have some means of turning Sparky off once one has finished with the tutorial. Neither of these received even the initial standard email acknowledgement.

If you're using AI on these reports and suggestions may I suggest you train it better, or better still stop using it. If you're not using AI then employ more staff as the general economic situation will improve rather than just your profit bottom line.

Why is this still happening? Are you all too busy removing promo stamps and adding TMNT cards to Lorwyn Prelease packs to care? Make it stop.
