I hate SPARKY. Annoying and is making me not want to open this app anymore.

just chiming in to say i hate this bug so much. it happens every time i log in or complete a match no mater what device i'm on (pc, iphone, ipad) and it only happens on my main account and not on my alt (same devices) so it's def a server side bug not an issue on my end. SOOOOOOOO ANOYING. i would be tempted to scrap my main account over this but f my life that's alot of time and money.

Two months since the report and still no response from Wizards…

Is anyone reading this? It's unbearable to have to deal with the sparking every time I enter the start menu; I've had this problem since the December update.

I too am having this issue and have just turned off mtg arena audio because of it. Please make available a future setting option to turn off sparky altogether or silence it

Are you guys ever going to fix the Sparky Bug? Over a year now after every dam game she shouts on the screen making no sense and destroying my high after every win, this is the most depressing and relentless bug, why can you guys never ever fix it???? It is the ONLY thing that puts me off playing Magic, fix it or loose thousands of players.

I'm honestly playing less and less bc not only is it annoying, but the amount of time the bug has stayed ASSURES me that the developers do not care or listen to their users. Thats enough to make my voice feel unimportant and I get a reminder of this every time I hear her voice.

Same here. Every time I got to the Home screen, she starts up. It's getting incredibly irritating.

I get this every time I go to the main menu on both Windows and Android

Every **** time i go to the home screen whether after a match or not. I'm about to quit playing.

How has it been 2 patches without a fix? It is grating to open the client and hear the same voiceline every time, including when closing the shop or a match, makes it hard to do.
