It would be amazing to have an option to disable it permanently, the Sparky issue keeps and keeps reoccurring. Extremely annoying

Update: completed all quests, nothing changed.
Also tried:
- searching for a button to resign from Starter Deck Duel - did not find such an option, it's permanently in a state where I can Resume it
- claiming an achievement
- playing a Bot game against Sparky
- playing other modes until Starter Deck Duel disappears from Recently Played
Nothing helped.

It really seems like it expects some kind of thing to be completed, what with mentioning a quest and finishing with "Go here when you're ready to play a game" while pointing... in the middle of the screen where there's nothing in particular.

I am experiencing the same issue.
Very disappointed with the insistence of this bug and with the atrocious quality of the bug fixing and assistance service.

I've tried:
- completing a quest (sparky would tell me I just got a quest)
- reinstalling, on both a mobile and a desktop device
- launching the tutorial again (I then went to menu -> account -> skip tutorial)
Haven't yet tried completing ALL the quests that are available to me - will come back here when I do.

It isn't first report about annoying Sparky and I think it isn't last one.
