View unconditionally see the top card of the deck
1.As shown in the pitcture, I discovered that I can see the top card of the deck even when it doesn't have any associated special abilities.And there is no eye icon on it.And it’s not the opposite effect either.

3.It might be because several cards were drawn using a water-based magic scroll, or it might be related to the fact that there were only a few cards in the graveyard.
