The Day 5 full-art lands were advertised in the store with a January 5 end date and countdown timers as part of the Winter Sale. Some players could not view or purchase them due to this bug.
The issue was reported while the sale was active, but no in-game notice or disclosure was provided, and the item was removed when the sale ended without access being restored.
If you were affected and are in a region with consumer-protection authorities (EU, UK, etc.), you may want to consider reporting this as a misleading time-limited digital offer, particularly given the lack of disclosure and the permanent loss of access.
This is not about discounts or compensation — it’s about equal access to advertised, time-limited content.

Yeah I saw the advert, but I wasn't able to see it in the store and knew it wasn't in my collection. I bought a few things from the sale and those full arts looked good enough to redeem. Wish I could get them.

Same here. I waited all the way through and never saw them. So disappointed because it’s my fav set and all I am missing. Playing this last month with fall lands just isn’t the same. I know it’s a small thing but it’s important to me. My husband can see them. Both MacOS and iOS tested and nothing. I got the avatars, dogs and Frostwagg. Checked twice a day and never saw the lands. When can this be fixed? I uninstalled and reinstalled. It has nothing to do with updates in the game until they post an actual fix. Please bring back the lands one time so we can all get them.

I also liked the 12 days of Christmas thing, and wanted to buy a few cosmetics, so I did buy the 5 full art lands on Christmas Eve.

Problem is they don't appear as available when I try to change the style of my basic land in my decks. The bundle also doesn't appear in the store because I bought it, so I can't buy them again.

I've contacted customer support and they just sent me here to report it.

It's a shame because I wanted to put together a seasonal deck and now the season is all but passed, and Wizards have not left me feeling very festive.

Same issue as well. I have not bought the Bloomburrow season lands, but I did not buy the individual winter lands. I have seen the same screenshots and cannot purchase the bundle of winter lands.

I have this issue as well. However, I have another version of the Bloomburrow season themed full lands, but not the winter theme. Perhaps having another season version blocks the Winter version?
