Game not working 28.12.25
Games either do not queue at all, or eventually load and neither player is showed a hand or any sort of timer. Concede button does not work. I have tried the 'Repair game files' option. I have checked the 'Status' page (which claims there are no incidents reported. I have tried using a VPN to use servers in different countries and on different continents. Nothing works. The game is apparently not functioning at all.

Same here. 5 times in a row with complete system reboot in between. Sometimes you do see a set of cards but then noone can mulligan and the timer ropes out eventually and nothing ever happens. Rope gets stuck in the end. game feels otherwise interactive for me though.
Once (I'm assuming when you are first player and keep the hand) i got to actually make that choice and thought things were fine again but after getting cards into my hand it was back to nothing ever happening.
I could however hover the cards in my hand and they felt responsive. also, concede button at least sometimes works.
Surely some server issue. blown server ram idk -

Me too! I had a game opening with no hands visible, then i restarted the client only to be back at main menu. Then i started a new game and it worked, but suddenly the game crashed, and now im not able to begin a new game.

I have tried restarting the game multiple times. I have tried restarting the computer. I have tried ensuring there are no other programs running. The computer easily exceeds minimum specs, and I have been running the game successfully on this machine every day for years.
