Mystic Forge does not allow to play artifact from the top of the library after one spell has been countered
In initial stage after playing Mystic Forge i can cast artifact spells from the top of my library
After I cast a spell and this spell is countered by my opponent I am no longer able to cast spell from the top of my library with Mystic Forge in play.
