new customer support format
you need to completely overhaul your customer support for this product these threads we vote on are so nontransparent and many overlap. when we do get the reply to a ticket is just check the thread. the game is becoming increasingly unplayable with every recent update and it seems as if you all do not care. There's no explanation of what's being done about these bugs and no actual support is being given to fix them.

Yep. I stopped playing Arena due to all the allowed trolling and conduct issues that WotC never took action against.
This is just not a viable system to support the publication and maintenance of _any_ software product--let alone a free-to-play 1vs1 competitive ranked game.

Nobody from any company ever reads these because there's some pretty basic janitorial work that's never done. Spam threads on completely unrelated topics (like skincare and moving as recent examples), racism, rants by salty players telling other players to kill themselves, ect. The Report button doesn't do anything.
This is some pretty basic stuff that's mandatory in 2026 with a site like this. I for one am actively telling people not to purchase anything from them until things improve. A larger portion of their profits MUST be reinvested in the company as hires to do the bare minimum to attend to this website.
