Transmogrant Crown bugged
Transmogrant crown is completely bugged. Screen is uninteractable when this displays. I can choose between B and 2, but I can't select yes. Quitting the game and starting again did not remove the prompt. Timing out let go away and skipped my turn. Trying to use it again made the same bug happen again. I had to concede to get rid of it.

I lost a game due to a seemingly related bug that wouldn’t let me scry and also lost a game due to the Transmogrant’s Crown bug.

Same here!
The card "Transmogrant's Crown" does not funciton. When you click to equip the artifact to a creature, the interface with the options to pay mana and equip does not do anything: clicking on either "Done" or "Cancel" won't do anything, it's just stuck there. The game still goes on and your turn meter will run out, but you can't escape the stuck equipment menu choice so your game is stuck there.
I've lost a two ranked matches to this bug. -

same. it has happened twice now on iOS, forcing me to concede games i would have won because thats the only way to escape the selection dialog. only solution right now is to remove it from all decks

Try to equip Transmogrant's Crown.
Says surveil and gets stuck with {B}, {2} option and a second empty option. [OK] and [Cancel] buttons not responsive. -

I assume it's due to changes in 2-hybrid costs coming with Secrets with Strixhaven update, since it was working fine prior to that. I had the same issue. Attaching my log and a screenshot in case it helps.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
(play transmogrant's crown and obviously have a creature available to equip)
- Try to equip Transmogrant's Crown
