Equip cost cannot be activated - Equip / Cancel Buttons cannot be selected and you time out after trying to equip. PC

Hit the same thing, upon activating the game brought up 'Surveil', and 2 panels to adjust cost. Nothing was clickable even after exiting out of the game and restarting. My lands were all tapped, but I had a treasure.
