Error packs won't open
I was given 10 packs as a mythic reward for an error in giving the rewards last season. The packs don't open, I can't tell what cards came out. I press them, I don't see an animation but the wild rare/mythic roulette increased, and the packs disappeared.

same here, open all 10 of them, packs disappered and i didnt get any new cards

I have the same bug. I clicked on one of the 10 packs, it disappeared. I clicked on "open all" an the 9 disapeared. The Pack itself still was visible. No cards were collected.
Also the pack had a Arena logo and not the MSH Design. -
