How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback

Bad shuffling at start
My decks dont shuffle right i keep getting the same starting hand it makes playing boring because its a **** starting hand and everyone else is getting optimal start hands

Alternate card styles
Is this issue being worked? I reported this 2 weeks ago.
The alternate card styles show in deck builder but not in matches.
To be clear, its only card styles that the artwork vis different from the original arts on the card. so the styles that have motion but are still the same. art appear to work.

Black screen after update
Arena just updated and, after the mandatory update, doesn't start anymore. When I launch the game, all I get is the mouse cursor, that moves normally, on a black screen. No music, no titles, no messages, nothing. Just cursor and black screen.
I'm running the game on Windows 7. Worked perfectly just before the update.32 votes -
To provide more info on the progress of adding pioneer on arena
Provide info and a timeline for pioneer in the arena updates posts. A lot of people are looking forward to it but having no info in a year is disheartening.

Lost connection while choosing cards in premier draft
After I clicked ready in the premier draft, the words "waiting for the server" appeared and I can't see cards or choose cards. I restart the game for 10 times and wait for the server. The game asked me for several times whether I choose the cards or the cards were chosen automatically, but I can only wait for the server after I clicked yes. The connection was restored after the cards were chosen automatically and the connection problem made me lost my premier draft.

Reduced cost in alchemy bugged
I am playing from an IPhone; in alchemy is bugged the reduced mana cost of everything from spell like discover the formula or Geistchanneler, even trying to pay the mana cost manually; the game want me to pay the original mana cost.

Alchemy Cards in Historic
Get alchemy cards out of the historic format. If I wanted to play Hearthstone, I'd play Hearthstone.

NEO Sealed deck "add to decks" not working
I bought a NEO sealed event and want to export my deck to play with a friend. When i click "Add to Decks" nothing happens (e.g. no sealed deck is added to "Decks"). I have 30 deck slots available.

network error
Since today, whenever I want to play I just receive a network error.

Player Reporting system is pointless if repeat offenders are allowed to continue abuse.
In order to foster a fun playing environment, abusive players should be banned/suspended from play. Currently, it seems this is not the case. Three times in the past month, I have been matched up with a player named BlueSovereign who abuses the turn timer. Every time, I report that player but it seems my reporting does not result in any change.
If that is the case, using the reporting system is pointless.

[Mac OS] - Client is stuck at Login Queue
Under Mac OS - 12.4
Description: the client is unable to log into the account.
Expected behaviour: After client is open, the user credentials are verified and if they are correct, client log to application
Actual behaviour: After the client is open, the client displays a Login Queue message, "We are experiencing heavy load at the moment, and your login has been queued", it does not login regardless of how long the client is open

midweek magic event uses alchemy cards
Please, never use alchemy cards in any sort of event. Alchemy is the worst idea, the cards suck and it makes me want to quit Magic.

Game Keeps Freezing on my phone
The game keeps freezing resulting in at least 10 losses for me in the last week. Also, your system for reporting bugs is not adequate. Your ticket system being me posting this as an "idea" in a forum does not give me confidence that you are at all equipped to fix any problems that arise.

I played a premier draft game and won a match (after losing the first match), but the win did not appear to register.

Matchmaking broken
Matchmaking does not work. I have tried Historic Brawl, Jumpstart, and Standard Ranked queues. I sit in the queues for minutes and can't get a match. Either nobody is playing or matchmaker is broken, both of which should be Code Red for y'all.

game rng
Fix the random number generator, after 4 games of the same thing happening over and over, the last one being rediculously rigged (had to shrink down to a hand of 4 just to get 2 mana, getting 5 plains in a row when my mana is split literally 50/50, playing a counter deck getting perfect mana, and drawing a perfect blend of counterspells, creatures and lands) this is laughable, and it was the same for the 4 games before that. Player turn time limit
For the love of god, reduce the amount of time a player has to use each round, or at least reduce the amount of time before the time outs kick in. The turn length gets used and abused because of the game design. No one needs more than 30 seconds to figure their turn out. Just another ding in this game.

Trade in System
Please make some way to trade in cards for wild cards. I’ve spent a couple hundred dollars on this game and can hardly finish a deck. It’s very difficult to get the cards you want because there are very few rewards for you to earn… so then I fall into the trap and buy gems. As a new player, I’ve made a lot of mistakes.
