How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Animation of Opponent causes my turns to burn down
Animation player had where they cast a ton of cards kept playing on the screen while MY TIME was being burned through. I lost all time I had stored up and luckily the action ended or I guess I would have just lost the match.
THIS IS A HUGE BUG

GreError
I had ~8 tokens of Ratadrabik + 2 tokens of Teysa Karlov as well as:
Sheoldred, Trostani Discordant, Lurrus, Kethis and Old Rutstein
when the opponent casted Blood on the Snow which got the stack up to ~254 or 256 and ended the game on a draw due to some 'GreError'8 votes -
Cannot emote
The bug has never NOT ocurred to me. I cannot emote, even though the "Disable Emotes" option is turned off.
Hovering my cursor over my avatar shows an empty speech bubble, but nothing happens when I click either my Avatar or the bubble.
Clean install didn't fix the issue.
The expected result is to be able to choose an emote after clicking your avatar during a game.
I'm playing on PC, Windows 10 Pro x64, Intel Core i5-9600K o.c. @ 4.1GHz, GTX 970, 16GB Ram @ 2,666 MHz31 votes -
Daily Quest Progress Stuck
Multiple Daily Quests progress stuck even when conditions are met.

Cut down does not work
The card cut down is not allowing 5 toughness or less to be selected.

Game is stuck
Opponent never finished their turn, timer never even started to run out. No way to progress through this game. This has happened to me multiple times before, including in ranked games.

game crashes
My game often crashes, leaving a black rectangle on my screen, almost always while in a match, but once while in the store. Sometimes when it crashes it crashes my whole laptop. The game crashes for me about every half hour

Bug reporter
I can't report a bug. I went to submit a request, I click "Report a bug or submit feedback (Powered by Uservoice)" then about 3 seconds later I am redirected to. https://feedback.wizards.com/forums/918667-mtg-arena-bugs
I am also trying to report a bug that says "Deck contains cards not in your collection." But I only use collected cards and nothing is marked red.

Scute Swarm Bug
The game times out on you if you reproduce too many scute swarms with a life gaining card like Prosperous innkeeper. I timed out because I made 175 scute swarms plus added those life counters and it would not let me skip the scute swarm making graphics or move onto my next step. So it prevented me from attacking to end the game and then from taking another turn until my timer expired.

broken game (RNG and now sounds in latest patch)
FIX THE **** RNG jesus horatio.. its not real RNG it ruins the game.. drawing multiples of cards back to back in a row that you just added to your deck is not random.. its been years.. fix the **** game...
sound is broken with new patch... theres a reddit forum post about it.. bad coding makes the sound stop after some processes get overwhelmed..
would not expect this from such a big company that makes so much **** money.. really sad. ive been waiting for RNG to be fixed for years.. still nothing..

card frozen on stack
Playing on the iPhone (11). went to cast elite spellbinder and the game lost connection for a second. when it re connected the spellbinder was stuck on the stack position. play proceeded normally but I could not interact with the spellbinder. it would highlight blue at the start of my turn like other cards in your hand you can cast, but then it would go away if i did anything. card was still on the stack when game ended.

Can’t Target Sheoldred, the Apocalypse
Can’t target Sheoldred, the Apocalypse with neither Infernal Grasp nor Soul Transfer. Could target all other creatures.

Ban ALL Infinite Combos
Ban ALL infinite combos. Theyre virtually impossible to counter once they start. They undermine the integrity of the gameplay by completely changing the rules of the win scenario.
Using an infinite combo is like a spoiled rotten brat youre forced to play with as a kid because your mom is worried because they have no friends.
The Brat triumphantly yells, "I Win!" You ask for logic or reasoning and their response is, "just cuz!"And you wonder why you dont have any friends. Winning with an infinite combo is a cop-out for somebody who cant see the game thru to…

Bug: Ranking up not working
I am playing on PC and after winning three battles in "standard ranked" my rank wont go up.
Loading screen appears after battle "waiting for server" and rank progression does not load up.
I closed and started the client again, but did not solve the problem.

Ban Minion of the mighty
I would like someone to answer me …is it normal that I lose my match just able to play a land and a creature ?
Do. U think it’s nice enjoy this kind of games ?

Ok the game is fast but this is comic ridicolous..it’s something the players will leave the game because it’s unreal

Bug with fight rigging
Two fight riggings on battlefield, with hidden away cards. One 6 powered creature on battlefield. Both fight rigging triggers go on stack at beginning of combat, I resolve the first by putting a counter on my creature and the hidden away cards come into play. When the first trigger is resolved the second trigger disappears from the stack and my second hideway cards stay exiled on fight rigging.

The game keeps bugging out, freezing and disconnecting
First, the game wouldn't let me start a match, saying my deck was invalid when it clearly was not. Then, I relaunched the game, which caused it to bug out completely and tell me I have to complete the color challenges to unlock more game modes.
Finally, I logged out and logged back in which made the game functional, but only until I started a match, at which point it kept freezing, loading, bugging out until it eventually just froze permanently and I hate to force quit it.

Arena is rigged
I would like to thank the creators of this app/game for making me loathe a game I've loved sonce 1994. It's algorithm is completely rigged. Matches are decided when the game begins and the game ensures that you cannot exceed in enough Matches in a challenge to acquire the appropriate currency to play the challenge again. It will also like to give you matches of no mana or all mana easily at three times the rate this happens in reality to ensure you lose as well. The oddasity of Hasbro actually having ProTour tournaments over this medium is both disgusting…
