How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    With the new version of mtga mobile my iPhone is getting insanely hot while playing.

  2. Lagomos

    Had Lagomos and Queen Allenal on the board and when the Lagomos token sacrifices at EOT the soldier from Allenal also gets sacrificed. Queen Allenal says nothing about the soldier gaining the traits of the Lagomos token. Please advise if I am missing something. This likely cost me at least one match.

  3. freeze at currently waiting screen

    The app always stuck at currently waiting screen when start match. This never happened before BRO update.

  4. Fake your own death bug

    Platform: PC

    Using "Fake your own death" card during opponent's turn doesn't work properly. It makes creature it was cast on exile instead of coming back to life.
    It should bring the creature back to life at the end of the turn and make a treasure token.

  5. Bug reporter

    I can't report a bug. I went to submit a request, I click "Report a bug or submit feedback (Powered by Uservoice)" then about 3 seconds later I am redirected to. https://feedback.wizards.com/forums/918667-mtg-arena-bugs

    I am also trying to report a bug that says "Deck contains cards not in your collection." But I only use collected cards and nothing is marked red.

  6. I Got stuck on the " checking for active matches" screen, I was on a match and the game crashes, then I enter and got stuck in there

    I was playig a match, and the game crashes, then i try to enter again at the game, and I got stuck on "checking for active matches" screen and is like these a week ago, even if a restart de PC and the App

  8. App crashing constantly in iPad iOS

    App is crashing constantly in my iPad iOS. had not played in 1 or 2 months and now I'm back and out of 7 games I played in the last 4 days, 4 have crashed the app. This is absoluteley unplayable. It didn't use to be so bad. I don't know what you released but it's crashing to a point of leaving the game.

  9. alchemy

    As someone who has played almost every day for the past year and poured $1700+ into my Standard and Historic collections, the Alchemy changes in Historic make me regret ever playing Arena. Out of 20+ Historic decks only two were playable without swapping for rebalanced Alchemy cards, when they're not even the most broken cards in the format.

    I got into Historic because I was a kitchen table player in paper and wanted a more challenging and interesting format closer to what I was use to without using the unsightly and annoyingly cumbersome MTGO platform. Now I can't even escape…

  12. Compensation from Mana ***** to Mana Flood

    As a player I enjoy playing draft on Arena. What is an absolute disaster to the experience is when you have to hope that you don't get flooded with mana or screwed with mana during game play. I can understand ever so often this happening, because it happens in real life. My last game played today was the absolute worst case I have ever seen of mana ***** since playing magic. 17 land deck and the entire game I drew one outside of the two I had in hand. My next draw had a 68% chance of drawing a land…

  13. Tasha, Unholy Archmage Bug PC

    Tasha, Unholy Archmage +1 states that if a creature an opponent controls attacks until your next turn, they recieve -1/-1 counter.
    However I've noticed on 2 separate occasions where if Tasha leaves the battlefield the effect will not trigger, even though the temporary emblem is shown on screen. Do not currently have any gameplay. Please advise.

  14. The game keeps bugging out, freezing and disconnecting

    First, the game wouldn't let me start a match, saying my deck was invalid when it clearly was not. Then, I relaunched the game, which caused it to bug out completely and tell me I have to complete the color challenges to unlock more game modes.
    Finally, I logged out and logged back in which made the game functional, but only until I started a match, at which point it kept freezing, loading, bugging out until it eventually just froze permanently and I hate to force quit it.

  15. Can’t block in tutorial

    Can’t assign blockers in tutorial. Tried restarting multiple times and nothing changes. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with others also. Why don’t they fix this?

  16. Karn, living legacy emblem not working

    The new Karn, Living Legacy emblem does not work on Arena. Once I got the emblem whenever I tapped an artifact lane for mana or a mana rock it should trigger but it does nothing. Please fix this soon with a patch.

  19. Waiting for the server 

    1.   Open Arena, upon loading UI, "Waiting for the server" appears.

    2.   Noted, "Android"

    3.   Every action is sent to the server and noted so it gives whomever has server access an unfair advantage.

    4.   Remove access of the server for everyone.

    5.   See attached.

  20. Ban ALL Infinite Combos

    Ban ALL infinite combos. Theyre virtually impossible to counter once they start. They undermine the integrity of the gameplay by completely changing the rules of the win scenario.

    Using an infinite combo is like a spoiled rotten brat youre forced to play with as a kid because your mom is worried because they have no friends.
    The Brat triumphantly yells, "I Win!" You ask for logic or reasoning and their response is, "just cuz!"

    And you wonder why you dont have any friends. Winning with an infinite combo is a cop-out for somebody who cant see the game thru to…
