How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. cards missing text from bloomburrow for clarification

    several of the new cards are missing text after the word "enters" for example Lifecreed Duo text reads "Flying, Whenever another creature you controls enters, you gain 1 life." i know it means battlefield but the card can also enter a graveyard, the designers empty skull with enough force, or their mom's cavernous vag with a bio hazard suite. this game is complex enough without having to figure out RAI as opposed to RAW. I proppose WotC take several hundred copies of said cards and enter them into the designers skull so maybe they don't make an incredibly stupid mistake…

  3. Improvise with Artifact Lands and Springleaf/Moonsnare Prototype

    Game will not recognize the ability to cast improvise spells and skip your turn. This is straight up game losing.

  5. Product Suggestion

    Please create a brawl queue without alchemy/edited cards. I want to play against real cards not these broken make believe cards that generate absurd value for little cost and are NEVER updated or balanced.

    Seek is ridiculous, it's just draw a card but it's a guaranteed spell every time. Conjure inherently breaks the restriction of building a 100 card deck. You can't interact with perpetual restrictions on cards at all outside of countering them and I don't want to play blue in all of my decks. The new grenzo/heist mechanic is just incredibly unfun to play against.

  6. Creatures exiled instead of entering graveyard (Version 2024.37.20.5920.1070770)

    Im playing MTG arena on PC.
    My picnic ruiner and cacophony scamp are exiled instead of entering graveyard, leading to no activation selection for cacophony scamp's effect.
    Hopefully the graveyard works find in the future.

  7. Plaguecrafter not working as it should.

    When my plaguecrafter entered the field it was my only creature so, as it should have, i was forced to sacrifice it but my opponent that only had a single planeswalker and no creatures was able to just discard instead of sacrificing his planeswalker. the card states each player sacrifices a creature or planeswalker and if they can't then they discard a card. It is not optional! This needs fixed

  8. nightclub bouncer added mana not working

    bounced fraying sanity back to opponent's hand with nightclub bouncer twice. they were able to play the card for its base mana cost both times.

    i've seen this a couple times with other cards now, but this is an example that i had pulled logs for.

  9. The Arena algorithm and lack of report options

    The algorithm and lack of report options allow for non players to create programs to run 100-250 card decks that always get setup. It happens constantly and yet the completely balanced 60 card decks cannot against these even when they are taken from things like the pro tour. If it were a skill issue, that's one thing, but it is a program issue. It literally takes the joy out of playing the game.

  13. Cogwork Progenitor and Assimilation Aegis

    I found a bug on Arena with Cogwork Progenitor and Assimilation Aegis.
    Do you remember how ******* Taker used to loop with itself, allowing an arbitrary number of Enters The Battlefield (ETB) effects ? It seems to work as proof, if needed, that "When [...] ETB, exile target creature until [...] leaves the battlefield" will loop as long as you choose to target [...].
    I used Cogwork's ability to seek an Aegis and perpetually give it the creature type and the Gnome subtype (cf screenshot).

  14. Black screen and wind sound upon connection with server, this started after bloomburrow added, everything had worked fine before that

    Please help, cant play - Mac user, high end M1 laptop a few years old - no issues playing until Bloomburrow update. Now when I launch from Epic I get to the initializing page it does a few initializing things then I see the connecting to server message then hear the connection sound and the game cursor pops up but screen is black with wind sound only - cursor shows up and is sometimes regular cursor, sometimes game cursor - depends if the game launches in full screen or not (it did last time).   15. Crime doesn't activate when opponent is targeted

    I have a Kaervak, The Punisher and his effect is activated, when a Crime is commited. By rule a crime is also targeting the opponent himself. The effect of Kaervak never activated the last session I played. Magic is a great game so I hope you can fix it.

  17. Super Pass Button Option

    Due to Psychic Frog's third flying ability, please enable an option in the settings that turns the auto pass button into the super pass button. i do not like clicking resolve EVERYIME some makes a trigger as they combo off. I DO NOT want priority. i am retiring my personal favorite Psychic Frog deck and other older formats until this basic functionality is fixed. fixing this also negates the need to ban things like cauldron familiar. The super pass button will only speed up play for the better. and it's compatible with stops on phase!

  20. Lumra, Bellow of the Woods missing reach graphic

    1. Play the card.
    2. PC.
    3. Card is missing its shiny reach overlay when played, which wouldn't be a bad thing if EVERY OTHER CARD does have it nowadays. As it stands, this is pretty misleading.
