How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Arena launching but not working
Arena launching on Mac and then cannot access any of the areas within. Nothing will launch its just the landing screen.
This has happened since updating IOS

Visual bug for triggered abilities on iOS.
The reminder text for triggered abilities on iOS are coming through black, making them unreadable. See attached image.

V-Sync not working, GPU at 100% usage
Since the last major update (2024.35.00), V-Sync no longer caps the FPS and essentially works the same as the "Unlimited" setting. This results in very high GPU usage as my RTX 3090 goes from producing 180 FPS to about 700/800, essentially multiplying the load by 3 or 4. I'm on NVIDIA driver version 551.76, and the workaround I've found for now is to cap the FPS through the NVIDIA control panel instead, which prevents my GPU from overheating.

Unable to Click in Client
On Mac, haven't been able to play the game for weeks because every time I load the client after updating to Sonoma no mouse clicks register. Client will load just fine but unable to navigate or interact with the client at all.

Log Files exceeding 500mb upwards of 1gb file size.
When playing with Doppelgang and Virtue of Strength, it is VERY easy to have log files exceed 500mb, just after 1 game.
I am not sure if the opponent is getting these log files as well, but if they are, couldn't it be possible to flood people's hard drives with massive files?2 votes -
No menu text after applying Karlov Manner Alchemy update
This issue has plagued the macOS app for some time, however it’s just infiltrated the iOS app with the Karlov Manner Alchemy update that was just released moments ago.

Stuck in login windows
On MacOS 14.2:
I stuck at login window and can't activate any form. Mouse and keyboard seam not to be recognized by app. I can't exit app except by killing process.

Server disconnect leads to getting Time Walked, AGAIN!
Fix your ****ing servers.
I’m sick and tired of skipping entire turns because of server issues.

Disguise Card Shown Incorrectly
Returned a Disguise Card to its owners Hand
According to the rules it must be shown when switichting zones
Card was displayed as "Bubble Smuggler" in opponents hand
When "Bubble Smuggler" was not visible in the hand anymore I supposed opponnent played it

Halo Forager softlocks UI
When resolving Halo Forager's ability, if you press the "Back" button, all buttons disappear and you are stuck resolving the ability without being able to take any actions. This state clears when your timer runs out, but that also causes you to pass the rest of your turn.

Daily / Weekly XP not being applied to Mastery Tree
Version 2024.34.10.5192.1053153
Looks like the Weekly Win Rewards 250XP and the daily XP was not being applied to Mastery tree today and yesterday, Feb 27,28 2024. Not sure how many times it wasn’t being applied. XP has been sitting at 775/1000 despite multiple wins with Quest / Reward circles advancing.1 vote -
Basic land set as default is reset
When the arena is restarted, the basic land set as default is reset. This bug has been present since Patch-2023.30.0.

Land
I'm in a sealed deck tournament right now and I switched my deck around trying to find a format that works but it won't allow me to select any basic Land so now I have a deck that's unusable because I can't select any lands please fix the land filter doesn't work it only filters to battles this is unacceptable
