How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Resolution on Mac after last update

    Have resolution problem after last update. Before that didin't have any issues
    I play on 1440x900. Thats highest resolution on my Mac and one and only one available on MTG Arena. No matter if I play on full screen or in window. Still don't see full card description :(

  2. Application doesn’t start on iPhone

    After update of new capena, application of iOS can’t be started on iPhone.
    When I reinstall the application, the application start one time, but I couldn’t match play. After that ,the application couldn’t started on iPhone

  3. iPad app consistently crashes after New Capenna update

    MTG Arena compatible iPad Running iPadOS 15.4.1. Mtg arena started to consistently crash after New Capenna update downloaded. Have to uninstall, reinstall, and re-download the New Capenna update each time I want to play on the ipad. Problem occurs each time I close the app and try to reopen, at which point it crashes and I have to uninstall, reinstall, and re-download the New Capenna app yet again! When will this problem be fixed?

  4. Game crash

    the game crash on the deck selection area before to join a battle.
    Select the desk icon, roll the mouse wheel or the scroll bar to select your deck, then freeze and crash the game.

  5. Aasset Error Detected

    Aasset Error Detected
    Arena will relauch to verify asset content.
    OK

    And when you click the OK button it just loops back to this page.

    Unplayable.

    After looking at these other complaints it seems ALOT of people have the same issue. Nothing helpes from our end.

    I have tried every thing I can find that may help the issue but no.

    The error is with you. Please fix it

    Wont let me log in keep saying Authentaction Failed and I was logging in fine yesterday but had issue this morning so Uninstalled game on phone and PC and tried reinstalling and now I cant even log in

  7. Crash upon load since release of New Capenna

    Game crashes upon loading on iOs since Capenna. Specifically, I tap the app icon and see the first all-black screen for 2-4 seconds, and then my iOs background shows up sideways and flips right-side up. Initially, I played some, then left the screen on an opened booster pack. Issue started then. I reinstalled and played. Then, I left screen on lobby or somewhere, and the issue is back. I deleted some apps and closed lots of open apps. Probably gonna reinstall just to play in one bulk sitting. Happy for any tips, thanks

  8. Can’t even get to the load up screen

    Crashed when I joined an event,now it crashes before it even loads up.Tried uninstalling,loading from the app,etc.Can’t even play the game now

  9. Infinite login loop: I log in and the application start loading (gathering local files) to just send me back to the login screen

    I'm in an infinite loop, I just login the application starts loading (gathering local files) and I'm again at the login screen.

    If you have the same issue, create a new "post" and vote up all the other posts with the login issue!

    It is simply ridiculous that on the "Server Status" page is everything "green"!

  10. Attach failed to drop other attach

    Cant log in on PC/Iphone since 6 days.
    Reinstalling the game/playing on WotC or Epic Client doeskt work/
    with or without my router or firewall doesnt make any difference.
    Getting the message while trying to log in: „ Attach failed to drop other attach“.
    Please fix asap or make sure user data isnt lost.

  11. Can’t load in the mobile app

    I can’t use the mobile app on my iPhone 8+. I go to open it an it shuts down Instantly no load screen of anything. Last time it did this I had to delet the game and reset it plus it’s everytime a new set drops

  13. CRASH ON START AFTER NEW CAPENNA

    Hello, i play MTGA on ios, on iphone X, everything is updated and all, but since the last update on MTGA the game crashes when i try to open, if i delete the game and reinstall, it works, but if i close it and try to start again after this first boot, it crashes again before it starts

  14. Crash App Ipad

    After last update (both iOS and Mtg) the app works for 1 play and then when trying to open the app it doesn’t work (Black screen for 1 sec and then crash). Even the main screen was not shown

  15. App won’t load on my iphone

    After latest update for SNC, the app won’t load. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled multiple time and it only works the first time. If I close the app and try to open it the screen goes black and the goes back to the Home Screen. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting on the mobile performance issues and crashes and none of the worked. IPhone 8 is listed on the supported device list.

    Al intentar entrar en el juego.. me dice que no puedo porque hay un error en la autentificacion de mi cuenta. Cambie la contraseña y sigue sin dejarme entrar al juego.

  20. Arena App crashes on Ipad on restart.

    I recently downloaded the app for my Ipad (6th gen). At first the app will run just fine. I can play matches, open packs, etc. No problem. However, whenever I restart the app after I have closed the app it'll crash on start up. This also happens if the Ipad goes into sleep mode. I installed it on my Ipad so I can play while on vacation, but now I have to delete and reinstall the game, waiting 10 to 15 minutes for it ro download, everytime I want to play.
    And yes, I tried restarting the Ipad and force…
