This page is for reporting bugs and submitting product suggestions. If you are experiencing issues with your account, with an order, or otherwise need customer support, please click here. 

How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. App won’t stay open

    My arena app won’t open and I’ve reinstalled it three times. I was playing sealed then closed the app and now it won’t reopen I just get a black screen and kicked out to Home Screen on IOS

  4. Loading card database

    After a clean re-install on windows 10, after the sign in screen, when it tries to download the 6. whatever GB install, it stops and tries to endlessly load card database. What a good game.

  6. Login Queue

    After installing the latest patch (07/14/2022), I'm put into a "Login Queue" immediately and it never logs in, even after staying in the queue for 2+ hours. Windows 10, PC.

  7. [bug] Kamigawa neon dynasty land card style broken and not showing art as expected

    How to repro:
    Go to deck builder
    Search kamigawa neon dynasty land art

    Expected result:
    Show kamigawa neon dynasty land art

    Actual reuslt:
    Land art broken and all land use same broken art

  8. Can’t play

    I can’t open the arena app on iOS. All I get is a black screen and then I get kicked back to Home Screen. I have reinstalled the app 5 times and it only works when I uninstall and leave it open to play. If I leave the app for any reason it black screens and kicks me out and I have to uninstall again. I am getting sick of not being able to play and having to reinstall. I just bought gems to play and I can’t even finish my sealed deck event because I have to keep reinstalling.

  9. Bug

    You can’t play background audio with the latest iPhone update 16.1.1 after the brothers war update I can no longer listen to podcasts or music while playing. Background audio apps work fine in all my other mobile app games.

  10. bruenor ability bugged

    Bruenor Battlehammer ability is bugged, should be able to pay 0 to equip first piece of equipment, but since latest patch, have not been able to equip anything for 0, the ability to pay the regular cost is still there.

  12. Tovolar and Kessig Naturalist not showing card descriptions.

    Opponent's Tovolar Dire Overlord and Kessig Naturalist did not display card descriptions when played or inspected. The text box was blank on both sides of the cards. Opponent had applied card styles to both cards.

  13. Unable to complete training

    I had just created a new account, and was playing through the training, when I got to the third challenger, Calubi the merfolk. In the fifth round on my turn, the game prevents me from playing the only creature in hand. I am able to play the land, though. I attempted to skip to the next turn and concede the match; to no avail. This is frustrating. I have played through 5 times, closing the app and/or conceding the game. Nothing seems to work.

    On boot up, main menu has a plain grey background. May be a missing image file, or incorrect reference?

  15. Missing details (Power/Toughness/Life points

    Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

    I´am missing a lot of card details ingame. I can´t see the Power and Toughness nor the cards name. Also the life points are not present.

  18. can no longer hit escape on the keyboard to close game since last update

  20. Friend Match not working

    I am unable to queue for a friend match with my friend. When we try to queue we get a variety of errors, including but not limited to "Network Error" and "Unable to Submit Deck".
