6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

The Mac Client is getting stuck at Loading Decks or Store or Play button.

Training Module 3 has issues with cards not leaving after being placed or killed
It has issues with cards not clearing.

Cannot play cards after crash
Android version 2023.28.0.2016
Pixel 6 Android 13During match (lotr quick draft) the game crashed. After restarting and rejoining the game cards could no longer be played.
I have had this twice in lotr draft in this version of the app.

Game frozen
My power went out briefly but I was able to manage to reboot and load back into the game after disconnecting. However, the game is completely frozen and stuck on my opponent's turn. Lucky for me I guess since they will go to time, but not ideal.

black screen at the very star
its as simple as that, i run the game and it loads up until it takes the whole screen (like i normally set it up to), but no game interface, just a black screen that stays like that until the game tells me to; check status//reconect//exit game.

NO show The ICRs included in Daily Win Rewards
Sometimes everyday , since 2 or 3 weeks, i have no recibe ICR in daily wins

Zero experience movment even though I am winning and claiming xp
I have won several ranked games. Not sure the exact number but more than 6 and I claim my XP rewards but have not gained any XP in my mastery. I've been stuck at 975/1000 for as long as I've noticed. I should have gained a few levels as that was my goal in grinding standard rank. I'm in platinum not sure if xp gained decreases in your ranks ?

Message Asset error detected
Hello
From last tuesday I've got the following looped message "Asset error detected, Arena will relaunch to verify asset contents". MTGA Mac version. Unable to log & play. Could you please fix this bug ?

Portuguese Translation Issue
While playing the PC version I found these two issues regarding the translation for Portuguese.
The first one found when cracking boosters, it should be "Claim Rewards" or something like that, instead it's clearly a code there related to the translation.
The second is regarding the translation again but for the Town-Razer Tyrant card which is just unreadable. Where's the effect text? I don't know unless I change to English to see any text aside the "Flying" ability.1 vote -
thieving skydiver, Mite Token, key to the archives
Skydiver prioritized Mite token instead of opponent's artifacts.
Steps to reproduce:
- create Mite token with Mirrex
- opponent controls key to the archives (or other artifact)
- attempt to cast thieving skydiver, to kick for x=4 (or other)
this continues even when turning off autopay and selecting the "kick for (1)" mode in the UI.1 vote -
Report player
Please put a “report player” option or something similar. I just played against a guy who used 6 of the exact same cards from his library with no recall from graveyard or exile as they were all instant cards. This is becoming more abundant, and it is obvious he or she has found a way to cheat in the system. I can’t report the player because there is no reporting system, which I, and many other people, find abhorrent.

Cannot pass the tutorial
Cannot play any card after hitting the crab in tutorial 3. Cannot play the game.

Choose defenders mobile, can't see attacking creature(s) stats
On mobile the words "Choose defenders" blocks the power and toughness of attacking creatures. This is a major inconvenience having to tap and hold on each creature to see their power and toughness. Sometimes this assigns blockers incorrectly. I think these words should move to another location not directly in the middle of the screen.

Request for Fixing Full-Art Version of Phyrexia: All Will Be One Basic Land Card
Dear Customer Support,
I would like to report a bug in Magic: The Gathering Arena. Specifically, regarding the full-art basic land card "Phyrexia: All Will Be One", since the recent update, the full-art has been replaced with a non-full art version, and the aspect ratio is also distorted (it appears squished vertically).
I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
