How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Stop Moving Creatures I am Targeting

    I keep losing games purely because your game moves the creatures I am targeting when an ability goes on the stack. It's the one thing that makes me rage quit and it's totally preventable. When a creature is cast just leave them furtherst to the right and DO NOT FREAKING MOVE THEM. I am so tired of wasting gems on losses due to nothing more than your poor UI.

    When I try to report a bug, I am automatically forwarded to the forums and it does not give me the opportunity to actually fill out and submit the report. For a split second, I can see the options and then the window gets transferred to this idea section of the forums...

  3. Cant connect to server

    Still can't connect to server and have been trying all day! I tried turning my phone on and off, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Nothing is working on my Google phone.

  4. Incorrect translation - Italian

    In the profile section, Domiaria united in the September 05 event is incorrectly displayed.

    Reproduce:
    - Language setting in Italian.
    - Go to Home
    - Go to Profile
    - Move your mouse over the Renewal icon
    - The tooltip appears saying "Si apre all'uscita di Dominaria Unita, a settembre".

  8. "Elspeth's Smite" Sleeves Displaying Incorrectly

    The "Elspeth's Smite" exquisite sleeves are incorrectly displayed covering the top of the opponent's avatar. All other sleeves in the game are displayed behind it. Additionally, there appears to be a second copy of each sleeve, forming a "sandwich" with the avatar in between.

    This can be replicated by playing against any opponent who has a tall enough avatar and is using these sleeves. I'm on PC.

  9. Nazgul styles don't work for draft.

    There is a problem with Nazgul art styles.

    Usually when you have multiple styles for seperate printings of cards, you can choose which artstyle to use, even if your printing is different.

    This doesn't work for nazgul. If you buy the 3d style for one of the alternate nazgul cards, it isn't available to apply to the other 8 nazgul cards.

    That wouldn't usually be a problem, given you can use an uncommon wildcard for the nazgul alternate cards.

    But this is a problem for drafting. It is only possible to draft one art for the nazgul. Even if you…

  10. Friendly Challenge Timeouts

    My friend and I were attempting to play with each other and had consistent timeout issues/crashes. We were both on the arena client and not on the steam client (it seems the friends list on the Steam client cannot recognize those who are on the desktop client). Each time we wanted to play we went to the "VS" screen and sometimes the client would just stop there - "cancel" button was present sometimes, otherwise we would have to end the program.     I can't play ranked games. Whenever I click on the icon to play a ranked game the only options made available to me are non ranked "play" games. This is a new bug I have only experienced since the last update for android.

  12. bug émotes

    J'ai pris dans la boutique il y a une quinzaine de jours de nouveaux émotes que je me faisais une joie d'utiliser mais lorsque dans le profil, je termine ma sélection m'apparaît le message : l'un des types d'émotes la limite d'équipement possible et ne me laisse le choix que d'annuler ou d'effacer les modifications (ce qui revient au même). Je ne dépasse pourtant pas la limite de 10 émotes.
    A chaque actualisation de la plateforme, j'ai l'espoir que ce bug soit corrigé et je réessaye sans succès. A force d'essayer des choses, j'ai même constaté que le même message…

  14. Lagging UI

    The home page can run, but when I click into play, store, or deck, it will load long. Then it will run extremely slow, so it takes a minute before I can click on anything. I can run the game before the new patch smoothly.

  17. Casting Vadrick, Astral Archmage in Historic Brawl Causes Visual Bug

    When I cast Vadrik from Command zone, his card image stays on stack and I can no longer see any changes made to battlefield (lands stay tapped, can't see him on battlefield, etc.) I am still able to play, but can't see what is going on or select cards on battlefield. So if I attack, I can only attack all.

    atualizei meu notebook, e agora estou tentando acessar o arena, mas toda vez que eu tento acessar, aparece a mensagem abaixo e eu não consigo identificar onde está o problema. Já desinstalei e instalei novamente e não adiantou. Já tentei procurar o problema na lista de problemas e nada também. Alguém pode me ajudar?

  19. Game still crashes while trying to connect to a match

    Amazing that after all the years and millions of dollars of income Wizards has had to fix this problem, it doesn't seem to have improved at all. And all the myriad glitches and poor programming, like the words dissapearing from the pause screen, haven't budged at all. Because Wizards simply isn't interested in fixing their broken game. When bugs make the game unplayable, like the matchmaking bugs, it makes me play other games.
