How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Instant Crash
On iPad. I’ve already reported this, but it’s getting worse not better. Before, if there was a crash I’d have to uninstall and reinstall (taking 15-20 minutes), or I’d get black screen then booted to desktop. Now, not only will it do this with a crash, but upon closing and (attempting) to open the app. 15-20 minutes each time. And I have to close the app after each BEST OF ONE match, because otherwise I’m risking a crash MIDGAME. I am now officially taking more time loading the game than playing it. Bravo Wizards! Well done!

Problems with starting the game
I have a problem starting MTG Arena after The Streets of New Capenna update. I keep getting this error message: "Asset Error Detected: Arena will relaunch to verify asset contents."
It keeps comming up again and again after I click okay for relaunch the game. I have tried uninstall and reinstall the game. Didn't work. Tried to turn off and on the phone. Relaunch the game and this didn't work. I did that yesterday and the same today. Don't what to do. I use Android phone.5 votes -
Pets Obstructing Cards
On Android, pets currently obstruct the ability to long-press on artifacts/enchantments that have been pushed all the way to the right of the screen. This problem is most evident with the new projected Fish pet, which frequently hovers over the cards and makes it impossible to view more details. Suggest that either that pet in particular be sized down or cards moved to avoid collisions with pets.

Packs tab indicator highlighted with no packs available to be open
The diamond indicator at the Packs tab remains displayed after I have opened a batch of New Capenna packs at once, even though there are no other packs to be opened.
The packs came from a prerelease code and were awaiting on my account until available, I opened all 6 at once. Switching between tabs or restarting the client does not solve this issue.3 votes -

Cant log in, game says Authentication failed for my account, not currently connected.

Daily Quest Not Completing
daily quests not completing even after playing games that meet requirements, like playing white spells

Can’t log in
I play on my iPad. Each time I open the app, I’m automatically logged in. Today, I wasn’t for some reason. However, when I use my credentials to log in, the game goes through a loading screen, then kicks me back to the log in screen. No errors. No crashes. Just back to the log in screen. It looks like the game is trying to say something, but it goes by so fast I can’t see it.

Digital Koi Pet not loading when selected
When I am selecting the digital koi pet under my profile to use it reverts back to the previous pet. For example - i have the Jailer selected and when i start a new game the jailer is the pet that loads. After this game i go to my profile and change pets to the digital koi pet and click confirm - if i load a new game or just go back in to the pet select menu it is back to the jailer.

Enemy Hologram Pet blocks cards
When the opponent has the holographic koi pet, the hitbox for it blocks underlying cards, such as unused vehicles or enchantments, making it impossible / difficult to click

Brawl challenges
My friend challenged me to a Brawl Match, but we could only pick Standard decks.
It'd be nice if 100 card Historic Brawl was a challenge option.

iOS login after update
After the IOS update I am not able to login. I have even changed my password and deleted it r the app and downloaded it again

If you selecting your deck for a match and scrolling down, the game will always crash if you reach the invalid decks for this game mode.

Display on Mac
I have a display issue on a 13" MacBook Pro running macOS Monterey 12.0.1. Never had this problem until after the new set released. When I start the game up on the Epic Games launcher I believe the resolution is incorrect. This is not editable for me. When I attempt to play a game while not in full-screen mode, the window shrinks to a very small size. If I play any games, the resolution cuts off the sides of the display preventing me from seeing half the stack.

Can't login or attach failed to drop other attach
On the PC running Windows 10 I am stuck to the screen 'Anfangssequenz laden'; on my laptop I can log in to Arena, but when I start a game Arena keeps telling 'Attach failed to drop other attach' or I get 'Netzwerkfehler can't connect to server'.
I've been playing for nearly a year and the program always runs on either one of my devices.

Create option to have a static background to improve perfromance and player experience.
We should have the option to have a static background. This would greatly improve performance and reduce the stress on hardware.

Direct Challenge not working with new update
Most recent update rendered direct challenge impossible. The deck selection screen is bugged out and won't let you choose an appropriate deck for your format. For example, we want to play brawl but it's only letting us choose standard legal decks.

Hi, when i want to select a deck to play (standard mode) the game crash when the mouse go hover decks

Authentication timeout
Cannot log in. Keep getting the following error message:
"Unable to Login
Authentication failed for <username>:
Timeout"MTG Arena Status claims that login is working fine. Clearly it isn't, I'm not having any other network issues.
