How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

MAGIC ARENA BUG
Dig Through Time will freeze the client 100% of the time with the following steps taken:
- float 2 blue mana
- cast dig through time
- pay the delve cost
At this point your client will freeze with no options and 2 blue mana showing your pool.
If you force close the client and reopen it, dig through time will be resolved and you will have the option to select two cards (assuming it was not countered by opponent).

Issue with casting creatures through Alaundo’s Ability
I am currently experiencing this bug on IOS, but I have not tried it on PC yet.
Whenever I cast a creature from exile by using Alaundo The Seer’s activated ability, the creature does not gain haste despite the card stating that it does. I’ve tested it on a variety of creatures yet none of them have gained haste on cast.

Sideboard isn't displayed in full. I can't edit it in any reasonable way, please fix the issue

I cannot log in to the game, continuously receive Error Code -1 and on the rare occasion I get in, the game crashes immediately
I cannot log in to the game, continuously receive "Error Code -1", and on the rare occasion I get in, the game crashes immediately as I start a game. I have exhausted all recommended methods even so far as a DNS flush and winsock reset and still cannot access the game.

Double "Oops! Pardon the Goblins!" message
I appear to have received this message twice (see attached image), and by collecting the attachments I also received the reward twice. I am currently refraining from doing anything further with the draft tokens I received so as to avoid exploiting a bug if the second message was indeed sent in error. (although admittedly I should have posted this before I even collected any attachments, but at least it should be possible to just remove the extra draft token from my account if needed)

iOS UI bugs introduced with 2024.35.00 release (Karlov Manner Alchemy)
Starting with version 2024.35.00, a few UI bugs have crept into iOS:
The menu buttons are sometimes missing all their text. Interestingly, this has been a longstanding issue on macOS, but is now happening on iOS as well.
When cards are on the stack, their text is very hard to read (as it’s black text on a black background). See attached screenshot).

can't disable sparky
Please, I can't disable the annoying sparky tutorial, I play the game for more than one year, and it came back out of nowhere. Either fix that or create a button to disable this.

wisp keeps saying congrats and giving me info.
Wisp keeps saying congratulations every time i go to home screen. I want it disabled. it does this anytime i go home and when i redownload the game

Alchemy update broke the game. Unplayable right now
Your update broke the game. Can't que, packs contain no cards and log in warning for a card rebalance has that picture. There is no log to generate because I can't log in and do anything.
Likely gonna have to resend the mail for 3 alchemy packs

S24 ultra constant crashes
The latest update MKM causes very frequent crashes on S24 Ultra. There are no set moments when this happens, can be in menus or in a game or even during drafting which is rather disturbing.
My bet is that the patch has simply not been tested on S24 Ultra as the phone is very new and could do with urgent optimisation work.

iPad Crashing
Twice now in the same game! Twice! This is not a me problem as your ‘helpful’ email suggested. This is a WotC problem, this is a you problem. There are others reporting it, I’ve already reported it. My iPad is up to date, my internet is solid enough to play online for hours and hours on my Xbox, I restart your game between each and every match just to give myself the best chance of a crash free experience. To no avail, none whatsoever, because today on the very first game (of limited, so it’s costing me money each time…

graphics display problems
since recently there are many issues with the UI. Sometimes the sound is gone but what usually happens is that the arrows used by spells/abilities that target something are not show and also the arrows used to visualise attacks/blocks.

Bug - Can't see power/toughness for Fynn, the Fangbearer and other graphical artifacts during gameplay
Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch Arena on PC running Windows 10 Home, 19045.3930, 22H2.
2. Use showcase style for Fynn, the Fanbearer.
3. Notice power/toughness is hidden due to color of text.
4. Notice other graphical issues. See attachments.Issue: Can't see power/toughness for showcase style Fynn, the Fangbearer. Graphical artifacts seen in attack animations.

error at launch " data update"
The game doesn't launch on both platforms (Windows 10 and Android) despite the platforms seems to be operationnal according to your "state of the game" page.
Before that I had deconnexions in a draft event yesterday.

BUG: DISPLAY: error in card display on 4070 TI RTX nvidia and intel
all the cards have graphic glitch since i upgraded my pc to better specs.... please see my card attacking in graphic... if there are more cards they all have the glitch.

S24 Ultra graphical bugs and crashing
On the Galaxy S24 Ultra there are graphical bugs on the parallax cards and the menu is completely blank. Game will also randomly crash at any point, menus, deck building, in-game.

Transparent Graphics not Displaying Properly
As of the the 1 - 26 - 24 update it seems there's an issue with alpha channels for match graphics.
Running on Win 10, playing through Steam.
The Cave Raptor pet's feathers have a black box around them.
The Lantern Giest pet has a white pixelated outline.
The NEO full art lands are missing the characters for each land type.
Attacks show a partially opaque box around the attacker's arrows.
All the card outlines have severe Aliasing.
Not shown, in the pre-match mulligan screen is a grey opaque box around the whole match screen, just below the cards in…
