How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Blurry text on Steel Seraph with animated art style

    In the deck builder Steel Seraph looks good with the animated art, but in play it looks blurry / washed out (see attached screenshot)

  2. I can't play

    I can't login or play since the latest download, contacted support, they told me to uninstall & reinstall or if the problem persists to report a bug. This is me reporting. Not only did uninstallung the app take me all the way back to tutorial, but I cant make it through 3 moves without the game freezing and kicking me back out. I dont want a new one, I want my old one and I'm slightly addicted to this game so I'd really appreciate the ability to play again. Not to mention my ex stole $5k worth of my physical…

  3. The Hiragana is too small

    Hello there I am playing magic arena on my iPhone 12 (Japanese) but when I saw the description of the card the top of the card(the pronunciation of the name of the card) ,it’s too small that I can’t read comfortably expect I zoom it. About this problem,YUGIOH Master duel is doing very well.I will show the screen shot to show you what it goes.I hope that you can make updates to make it more comfortably to read,thanks.

  5. Blank screen instead of the initial screen (sometimes with ambient sound on)

    I am getting a blank screen instead of the initial screen. (sometimes with ambient sound on) --Sometimes an error message is displayed. (see the attached screenshot) -- I am having this problem on Windows 10 and on Android 11.

  6. Every button I click on this feedback site asks me to log in again

    This is utterly terrible website design. Users only need to sign in once, not a gazillion times..

  8. Draft match hangs

    Was battling in draft match, on start it renders the screen but pauses before offering initial hand. Screen renders but no cards. Connected to server, wifi is strong, but no hand. Hanged for 5 minutes before starting the match.

  9. Can't change my default pet

    For some reason, since I have purchased the puppet pet (february's pet of the month) I'm unable to change to other pets or even have access to the pets menu when editing a deck or through my profile options. As much as I liked the puppet, I'd rather switch back do the red dragon lol but for some reason I can't.

  10. Scurry Oak Combo/Tokens on mobile

    When trying to play the scurry oak combo on mobile the tokens don't stack, they continue to spread out as individual units. After so many you have to scroll all the way back to scurry oak, this takes forever and is a time waste for the player and opponents. When playing on the pc the tokens all stack together, for whatever reason they do not on mobile. Please fix this. This deck is fun but pretty much unplayable at the moment on phones. Thank you!

  11. Keywords and Usernames are invisible

    Keywords and Usernames are not appearing during play. Happens everywhere in the interface (deckbuilder, in-game, rewards, etc.) Strangely, exclamation points in usernames seem to be unaffected (not captured in screenshot)

  12. Victory/Defeat Counter tab (interface)

    An interface for your win loss percentage as a player. Such as, a tab in the menu or in the profile tab, where one can view how many total accumulated wins and/or losses your account has. This would be helpful and useful for any player who would like the information of how many wins they have gotten since playing Arena.

  13. Arena Survey forgot New Zealand and Australia exist.

    THE ARENA SURVEY LEFT OUT NEW ZEALAND AND AUSTRALIA. It remembered most of the world but forgot my homeland. Please fix this and don't do it again, it looks really sloppy and unprofessional.

  15. Selection screen not displaying selectable cards

    The Dragon-Kami’s Egg’s ability is when a Dragon dies, you can select an exiled creature with a Hatchling counter on it to bring to the battlefield. Sometimes the selection screen does not display any creatures even though they’re are creatures with hatchling counters and a selection cannot be made.

    iSO 16.5.

    Result I am experiencing is that no cards display on selection screen.

    Expected result is to display creatures with hatchling counters.

    Screenshots attached. -I forgot to screenshot my exiles cards to display the creatures with hatchlings. Apologies.

    No workarounds.

  17. Android version of MTG Arena only works with 5G

    I'm not sure what to do at this point. I cannot connect the app to work properly on my Google Pixel phone on home wifi. Other wifi works fine with Arena. Not only that, I cannot save deck alterations on wifi; the android app of the game only works on 5G and other wifi outside my home. I've done the standard troubleshooting involving my modem, but the root problem eludes me. Using 5g makes ranked mode extra risky. I risk de-ranking and a poor experience playing if my connection falters. My only choice to play the game at home is…

  19. Mac text

    Magic on M1 MacBook will not display text in menus/concede button. After playing matches or visiting the store, text in the menu will turn black and make it impossible to see menu settings, exit game/logout buttons and the concede button. this will persist after restarting the game or computer entirely, only will fix itself after fresh install.

    Screen 1_ Wrong translation of the text data value before the match
    Screen 2 _ Wrong translation also, nevertheless this one is a regression - already solved in the past
