How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Display Name Change
I know other people have asked for this before, and now I'm adding my voice to theirs. Please allow us to set our own display names. It's a basic feature most other games readily offer.

BUG: Amass breaking the game entirely?
Soo everytime I play an amass card my amass token freaks the heck out, and puts a LOT of counters cascading downwards off my screen all at once, to the point it lags and breaks the game for me only.
I can't target anything because everything is on the stack even after resolving, making me unable to use removal, and my lands just get stuck floating cluttering up the battlefield.

Je vous contacte de nouveau pour le même problème de déconnexion que mentionné dans mon dernier retour.
Je viens de rencontrer de nouveau le problème et cela m'est arrivé quelques autres fois depuis.Le client n'est pas figé, la musique ne s'est pas arrêtée mais le match est à l'arrêt et il n'y a pas de Timeout.
Cette fois ci j'ai pris une capture d'écran et j'ai fais un log (je ne sais pas si cela peut aider).Le problème est extrêmement frustrant, perdre des parties a cause d'un bug logiciel dans un jeu (ou jouer est payant en…

Caetus cannot be clicked
I played against Invasion of Segovia on Android mobile, and once it flipped into Caetus, I was unable to click it at all. I could not target it, I could not block it, I could not even zoom in to read the text.

Exquisite blood and marauding priest
Exquisite blood and marauding priest start an infinite loop. The game has basically ended because loop. But big issue game takes away ability to concede so you basically have to watch. And it can go on forever because it’s 1 life point at a time. I haven’t experienced any other loop take away the post where you can concede

Viewing cards in own deck
Hello.
Example:
Peer into the Abyss.When i have a half a deck in my hand, it is impossible to choose/play the correct cards, as they are all jumbled on top of eachother. there is never enough time to play this unwanted skill game of picking the right cards.
solution: side swipe on the cards if that many are in your hand- whereas one card is always in focus and big.
The way it is now is unplayable on Ipads...

Dominaria United Land
With the new update, the in-game version of Dominaria United glass Land (by Magali Villeneuve) are off-centered.
Now instead of having the ''color icon'' centered in the card, it is going to the bottom of the card, which feels wrong2 votes -
unable to use instants because I was selecting block order
During a match I was multiblocked with two attacking creatures, and as such I was disallowed to use my instants between selecting block orders. Blockers got declared, I intended to use my open mana (had two more than needed) to use my instant, but the card remained unplayable and I was immediately shunted into selecting block order and then damage assignment which resulted in losing the match due to losing a blocker I wasn't meant to lose there. Absolutely ridiculous bug in one of the most crucial areas of gameplay

Bug when opening packs
Game doesn't show names or the types of the cards when opening packs after I reinstalled my MTG Arena on PC. Also when I use "Exit the game", the game crashes.

Firja's alternate artwork
Firja's currently bugged in Arena. I have the alternate Kaldheim art for her, and I also opened her Multiverse Legends card from a MOM pack in Arena. However, I can't use the Multiverse Legends card art at all. The only options I have are two instances of the Kaldheim art.

App Not Working
Bug. Cannot access the game via the app. Have deleted, restarted phone and reinstalled app. Stops at “loading asset manifest” and tells me to check my connection.

won't load past "checking for active matches"
On my PC (windows current) game will not load beyond "checking for active matches". It appears to update. I have wiped it several times, and reloaded it. I have tried to reload it a number of times over itself. This has been going on for a couple of months. Nothing works.
I had this problem previously with "Loading Initial Scene", but after a few weeks, it came back and I was able to play. I can't play on my PC.

It says another download is already in progress
At one point I needed to update my game or something where I needed to redownload it but when I started the download it said that it couldn't continue because there was another download already in progress and said it needed to finish that first. This makes sense but there's nothing on my computer downloading at all, that I can find, so I don't know what stopping it from downloading. I came here basically to ask if it's a problem with Arena itself or my computer.

artifact blocked by UI, cannot select it with mouse
I cannot select the Clue artifact on the bottom right. It's blocked by the UI.

Sideboard Cards Bug (all showing as "new")
The sideboard between games of Bo3 shows all of the sideboard cards as new. This seemed to have started when the patch introducing favorite styles was introduced.

Codex of Multiverse / New Player Bug
I am a new player to MTG Arena even though I played a ton of paper Magic.
now after finishing the Tutorial, playing every game of the Color Challenge, the Interface shows me this (screenshot). the Codex shows new content even though i read everything already. the color challenge asks me to resume even though everything is marked as finished. i played a couple of games in "Spark Ranked" with my own created deck, and i get no progress in leveling up my tier Rank nor finishing the "win 1 match of spark Ranked" Quest. please help1 vote -

cannot get collection
Ever since last update I have been able to log in and play around 1 out of 10 times. I always get a "cannot get collection" error that proceeds to retry than a blank screen or network error. if eve i am successful logging in the store is not accessible. this is VERY frustrating considering ive spent so much on this game! ive attached some videos, one even with a speedtest showing my internet speed. one shows being able to log in with the store not accessible. i get to play one to two games then i get the cannot…

Android Magic Arena doesn’t work on Wifi
I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and ever since BRO was released, it refuses to connect via WiFi (see screenshot) - even when you tell it to retry connection, it never works. It works as expected only via mobile (T-Mobile 5G). Even the latest patch released on 11/22/22 didn't fix the issue.

Saga not displaying correctly in 'pack opening' screen
Opened a new LOTR pack. Received card 'The Bath Song'. The card does not display correctly: It is missing the logos for Saga phases I and II.
