How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Tinybones the pickpocket not working
This is a bug with how Tinybones the pickpocket works (well doesn't work). I was dealing ALL SORTS of combat damage to a player and Tinybones, the pickpocket's ability wasn't triggering. I was supposed to be able to cast stuff from their graveyard. I had mana available and all they had was non-creature spells in the grave.

Don't pass priority when Generous Plunderer attacks and I control treasures.
The game should let you respond to Generous Plunderer's attack trigger, especially when you have untapped treasures.
Normally when you aren't in full control and don't have any spells you can cast or (non-mana) abilities you can activate, the game autopasses through abilities resolving. This is very frustrating with the card Generous Plunderer specifically, which both creates treasures and creates an attack trigger that counts your artifacts and deals damage to you proportionately. error updating data
After login and the "Wait for Server ..." clock, unable to get into the game. Same es yesterday evening (tried from 19:30 - 22:00). This morning, no problems. Today problems since 20:30 (on 2 different windows pcs + ios).

Auto-tap chooses death over sacrificing a treasure
At 1 life, playing Tibalt commander for plus 4 mana would require tapping 11 lands including 2 treasures.
Instead of using both treasures, the "AI" chose to tap Mount Doom instead of a treasure, so 1 damage was received and the game was lost.

Reach VFX and SFX play during main phase and repeats itself
The new Reach VFX and SFX play during pre-combat main phase, after you took any action, when it makes no sense. It also then plays again at the beginning of combat.

Connection
On my iphone 15 and was playing earlier before the patch. Im getting the dreaded "lost your connection to the server" and nothing seems to fix it. I cannot even get into the game.

Stuck at waiting screen of mtga
I am stuck on waiting for opponent screen for 2 hours on iPad , I tried to reinstall and start the game on smartphone but could not fix the issue.

Lost all companions and avatars and emotes
- After a lot of login torubles and after torubleshooting ( client reinstal and rednsing ) i was finally able to login but i ve lost all emotes avatars and companions. Client is working very slow but my internet concection is stellar.

Alchemy Packs in Mail
In the Alchemy: Murders of Karlov Manor mail where we received 3 packs. Opening these packs resulted in no cards and crashed my game. When I reopen the game, the packs aren't there and I don't have any new cards in my collection.

When editing deck
The new update has caused battle in the filters to come on and not let you select the land tab if you switch off battle it switches off the land filter AND REPEAT I can't search for land cards please fix im on android

Crash
The game crashes about every other match after starting a match. Once it crashes once, it continues to crash every time I open the app for a few minutes. I’m on iOS.

Japanese Ukiyo-e Lands Show Up Without Text

Stuck in timeout as if the card I played is stuck on the stack - Concede button doesn't work
I have seen people posting about their opponent being stuck in time out.
Well, today, after playing my land on the first turn and casting a creature, that creature was stuck in limbo (or on the stack I suppose) and nothing happened, except that the timer was going down.
At first, I thought my opponent was timing out, but my screen started flashing red which is when I realized I was the one timing out, except that this was also stuck in limbo.
After a couple minutes, I tried to concede but that button was also not responsive, so I…1 vote -
Shuffler
After reviewing all the people reporting the same issue it's clear that your company not only doesn't care about anything we say, but you must like the shuffler. Did the development team manager's brother make it and you can't get rid of it or he starts to hit his helmet he has to wear? Did you fail math? Have you heard of statistics before? Sparky keeps appearing after tutorial in Profile menu
It has been observed that whenever visiting Profile menu, Sparky keeps appearing and gives tutorial about "You have two ranks - one for limited (...)".
Despite listening his full tutorial for about 100x times, he still appears whenever I visit Profile page.Please note, that I am not a fresh player, I have already finished all the tutorials like in 2019 or 2020.
Expected Results:
Sparky should not appear over and over again whenever I am visiting my Profile page.5 votes -
Player #numbers are no longer shown in log.
It's now impossible to add someone unless you know them IRL because player #numbers are no longer shown in logs. I've disabled and re-enabled detailed logging and it's still not available.
This essentially means Arena is no longer a social game - I can't ask someone for their decklist, or even just say good game.
This has only happened in the last few days, clearly a result of something being pushed through in the patch - an unannounced change like this is a massive problem.

Error updating data
I'm on an Android device. It won't connect, except once after I reinstalled it..and it updated.
I've also tried restarting my phone, disconnecting and reconnecting.

Cannot Click anything on screen
Jan 19: Playing on ios and cannot click ANYTHING on screen since the last update. Lost a lot of gold and XP in terms of quests, etc.
