How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Issues Challenging Friends from Friends List
I'm able to challenge a friend to one game. Afterwards, I am unable to challenge them again or receive challenges from others. Posting log to support.

Mac m1 12.4 . Can't login since June 24 2022 update. I am stuck at login queue. It works on my iPad. I have reboot and reinstall the game, it is the same, stuck at login queue

日本語環境において、「選定された平和の番人/Anointed Peacekeeper」のETB能力によるカード検索UIが正常に機能していません。
漢字を含むカード名を検索する際、漢字の後に括弧付きでフリガナを入力しなければならないようになっています。
フリガナ無しで検索にヒットするようにしてください。8 votes -
Resolution on Mac after last update
Have resolution problem after last update. Before that didin't have any issues
I play on 1440x900. Thats highest resolution on my Mac and one and only one available on MTG Arena. No matter if I play on full screen or in window. Still don't see full card description :(52 votes -
Game freezes seemingly at random
- Can’t really reproduce it reliably but the game freezes and become unresponsive during some matches
- iPhone 12 Pro Max with iOS v.15.6.1
- The UI becomes unresponsive but the sounds keeps playing. I need to force close the app and restart it to get it working again. And since this is a relatively slow process I’ve missed several turns that in the end cost me the match
- No game freezes during matches
- N/A as I don’t get any error messages or visual indications of the error other than a frozen screen
- Haven’t found any workaround but I’ve followed all steps outlined…

unable to login
i can't login to my account. on my pc or android. every time i login it says unable and i can either go to forums, reconnect, or log out. please adcise.

Cant log in
Wont let me log in keep saying Authentaction Failed and I was logging in fine yesterday but had issue this morning so Uninstalled game on phone and PC and tried reinstalling and now I cant even log in

Arena crashes at launch
My Arena did crash while i was ingame and now it cant start anymore.
Nothing works it just doesnt react when i try to start it.
already restarted reinstalled whats going on.

Mac login
The Mac Client is getting stuck at Loading Card Database. It keeps cycling through, but never progressing.

crash each time I exit
I cant' close the game normally.
Uninstall and reinstall did not fix anything.
The game freeze each time I want to exit (by clicking on the exit button or press Alt F4)/
Windows says each time "programm not respond" and I have to "end task"

App won’t load on my iphone
After latest update for SNC, the app won’t load. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled multiple time and it only works the first time. If I close the app and try to open it the screen goes black and the goes back to the Home Screen. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting on the mobile performance issues and crashes and none of the worked. IPhone 8 is listed on the supported device list.

Infinite login loop: I log in and the application start loading (gathering local files) to just send me back to the login screen
I'm in an infinite loop, I just login the application starts loading (gathering local files) and I'm again at the login screen.
If you have the same issue, create a new "post" and vote up all the other posts with the login issue!
It is simply ridiculous that on the "Server Status" page is everything "green"!
