How to report a bug

5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

UI Issue
In a bot draft event, I couldn't tap, target, or look at my opponent's Disciples of the Inferno card, no matter what I tried. This led to being unable to block their attack and losing the match.

Scurry Oak Combo/Tokens on mobile
When trying to play the scurry oak combo on mobile the tokens don't stack, they continue to spread out as individual units. After so many you have to scroll all the way back to scurry oak, this takes forever and is a time waste for the player and opponents. When playing on the pc the tokens all stack together, for whatever reason they do not on mobile. Please fix this. This deck is fun but pretty much unplayable at the moment on phones. Thank you!

Mana of any color wheel is cut off on mobile.
When using my phone, a Galaxy S20 (Fe if that matters), the color wheel that Sarkhan, Fireblood uses to select the 2 mana of any color on his second ability is covered up by his pop-up for the ability. This cuts off the ability to produce blue mana. I haven't encountered this in any other context but it might be because Sarkhan produces mana of any color that makes it special.

Sideboard bug
Hi,
I have a problem in traditional standard game with sideboard. As you see in the images instead having number of cards of my deck, i have a drop down menu with writing option A, option B and Option C. This means when every time i modify my deck in best of 3 matches i have to count all cards if there are 60 cards in the main deck.
I only encountered this problem on my phone galaxy s9+ android. Fix it, i've already reported this bug 1 month ago but situation is not changed. Wake up Wizard.11 votes -
error
Error " Unable to get collection" . i was playing just fine yesterday, and now i cant pass the load screen . Tried everything from connection problems to re-install the game. Nothing worked.

Unable to make payments on Xsolla
I have contacted xsolla numerous times to get then to allow me to buy gems on MTG Arena. I have tried with my current credit card info and attempted with new CC info but I keep getting an error message to try later or contact xsolla customer service which I have done 3 times now with no reply over the last month. Please let me know how this can be resolved. Thanks

Veil of assimilation triggers with eye of malcator
When your order the tigger for Veil to be last to target an activated eye if malcator the effect fizzles and won’t target anything. Not even the creature you played as an artifact. Miss lethal damage due to the issue

Help screen -> ways to play -> constructed on iPad display
On the help screens following menu path the screen is blocked by a card so one is unable to read the help file. Photo attached

MTG Arena hangs when trying to exit game (only happens when run from Epic Games launcher)
MTG Arena shouldn't hang when I'm done playing! Has been happening constantly since updating the Epic game launcher last week. When running MTGA.exe directly from the install location, the issue doesn't occur, so it seems to be related to the EGS launcher.
NOTE: other games launched from EGS do not have any such issue...Windows 10 Pro, Ryzen 5600, 32GB RAM, NVidia 3060ti

Watch out for this dude
Hey this guy will stall out the game and somehow have every board clear and grave recursion know to man so he doesn’t have to worry about his jodah staying in the graveyard. Can’t fine a community page so just posting it here cheers

Opt Out of Certain Boards
I would appreciate being able to opt out of certain boards, especially and specifically the one that covers the center third of the screen with Exposed Muscle. As-is the only way to avoid that board is to concede any game you play on it outright, which feels suboptimal. I would appreciate being able to play Arena without being jumpscared by screenfuls of gore.

Preview of what land will tap is false
When u wanna cast a card it shows u what land it will tap, but I'd u cast it, then different lands are tapped.
The preview is mostly really good and exactly what u wanna tap but the tapping it does while playing the card ignores ur cards left in ur hand and taps rly bad.
Plz make it so that the preview is correct and it also taos hoe previeww shows1 vote -
Impulse cannot let you stack cards on the bottom of library.
When playing Impulse, after choosing one card, the rest of them are put to the bottom of library randomly - i.e. player do not have chance to change their order.

Arena does not give you a chance to cast spells if you have a portent tracker
Opponent controlled Baral and Kari Zev and Faerie Mastermind.
I controlled Portent Tracker and a 3/2 Hangar Scrounger, with 1 untapped forest and a Cosmic Hunger in hand.
My opponent played Meeting of Minds, then chose to cast Collective Nightmare off the B&KZ trigger.
I was given no opportunity to respond to the Collective Nightmare, even though I should have been able to cast Cosmic Hunger in response.1 vote -
Button text is not displayed in the Mac version of the app.
In the Mac version of the app, the button text is not displayed when the Japanese setting is used. (macOS Monterey, 12.6, DarkMode UI)

Issues Challenging Friends from Friends List
I'm able to challenge a friend to one game. Afterwards, I am unable to challenge them again or receive challenges from others. Posting log to support.

Grafic bug, made my game almost unplayable
The images of my cards, the opponent's cards and the board were improperly loaded, on top of that, the board as mixing with the cards on the battlefield.
I still managed to play that game, but was forced to mulligan and keep a hand that i could barely see.

stack order
A better and faster way of picking the order of abilities on the stack needs to be addressed. example: I have Cordial Vampire out and play Massacre Girl. I need all the triggered abilities of Cordial Vampire to be on top of the stack. When there are a lot of creatures, moving these abilities one by one on the smallest sliding window ever is a process. There is never have enough time and some cordial abilities are often missed leading to their demise instead of it surviving and growing for the next turn.
