How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Can't log into server since the update

Daily and weekly rewards, plus mastery
The daily/week rewards/mastery bar at the bottom of the main screen has disappeared. I cannot tell how much experience I need for mastery

Quest rewards not working vs ai
The game highlights the daily win and weekly win rewards when you play vs ai, showing that those two specific rewards do not work in bot matches. There is no indicator for the other rewards, but progress is not made towards them.
If this is intentional, please change it. Some of us have trouble dealing with other people and feel a bit shafted when games actually force us to play pvp. We deserve to enjoy the product too right?

Challenging Friends to Brawls - Not Working
My boyfriend and I have been trying to friend challenge one another to a brawl, using brawl decks. However, when we attempt to do so it either kicks us from the challenge, tells us we can't accept the challenge because we are already in one (which we never are), or it will start as normal and then suddenly take us back to the home page. This does not happen when we challenge one another to a different deck-type challenge, just with the brawl type. With other types, it simply takes us to the game like it is supposed to. The…

Vault progress
It would bei nice, if the vault progress would be permant visible in game. I play on mobile, so I can't easily check the logfile. And by the way, it's awkward to check the logfile for checking the vault progress.

2人とフレンド登録して、相手側はどちらもこちらの名前があるけど、こちら側はフレンド0のまま。

Black screen and asset error
I cannot access MTG Arena on both my Mac and my iPhone. On my Mac, it says there was an asset error on my last launch, does a short download and then displays a black screen. Idk if there is game audio and it's just a visual issue, I had sound off on the game. I have uninstalled and restarted my computer and it has not helped. On my phone, it used to try and do a huge download and it would say that it failed but I found that if I closed the app on that message and opened…

High CPU usage when running MTGA on Macbook Pro
Upon launching MTGA on a Macbook Pro, CPU usage spikes to over 100% usage and battery drains faster than I've ever seen it drain before. Adjusting graphics options had no effect, and the high usage persisted as long as the game was open, no matter what was happening on screen.
Another issue is the lack of fullscreen support for Macbook Pros, though this one is minor.

Arena mobile close feature needed
The only way to close Arena mobile is to log out. I want a close button like we have with Arena on the PC.

Please allow users to save their preferred online status.
MTG Arena previously allowed users to choose their default status (online, offline, busy) and saved the setting for future use. Now when you log in, the status defaults to "Online" even if you change the status to "Offline" prior to closing. I liked the ability to control whether others saw me as online or not. Can we please get this back?

automatic disconnect from server, won't reconnect--can't log in at all
beginning today,
1) open the client and
2) it gives the "Connection Lost - You have lost your connection to the server" message;
3) selecting Reconnect just gives the above error message
4) selecting Log Out and then logging back in returns client to Connection Lost loop

Copying Starnheim Unleashed (Foretold)
Hello, I recently played a match where I cast the card Dual Strike (Foretold) followed by Starnheim Unleashed (Foretold). While casting Starnheim Unleashed, I cast it with X being 2. The copy of Starnheim Unleashed placed only 1 token on to the battlefield, and the original spell placed 2 tokens. According to the rules (706.10) any value of X should have been copied as well. This should have resulted in me recieving 4 angel tokens in total (2 in the first spell, 2 in the second) I know that copying X values in the past has caused issued, but this…

Cancel button failed
I pressed the cancel button as I was in queue for a traditional draft match, the game returned me to the "home" screen and I went to move some laundry over and do some other quick chores. When I returned and went to play my next match I was put directly into a match in which I had already burned all of my timeouts and was about to concede to inactivity. Apparently the queue was never actually canceled despite returning me to the home screen. This put me at a large disadvantage in that game and the match as a…

Issue viewing Season Rewards
On the mobile Android app, I cannot see the season reward tiers by clicking on the season I'm joined. I can click on a season I'm not joined and then once it opens up toggle to the constructed season, but it should show the rewards regardless of what you click.
