connectivity
Hi,
I have good internet but the game suddenly lost connectivity. I was waiting more than a minute to find another player to play a draft match, but it was taking that long that I restarted the game. When I finally got back in, I had an extra game lost on the draft which I even didn't enter. Could it be possible remove that lost from the draft?

Most card text and border graphics missing
Since today's patch, most of the card text and some of the card border graphics are no longer showing up, rendering play useless.

Mac lag/slowness/crash in the latest update
All my Macs (more noticeable in Macbooks) started lagging as ****. Frame rate goes to 1 then crashes. This is a recurring problem that appeared this year and comes and goes between patches. Please fix it for good. The game is unplayable this way. Previous 2022 everything worked great. Even last patch was ok (still. not an amazing performance, but playable).

allow us to expand combat steps for stops prior to entering combat phase. or add an autostop after declare attackers for flash
mtga allows you to set stops at certain steps. such as combat. but there are multiple steps to combat and we cannot chose to set the stop for it until we enter the combat phase.
i would like the option to expand the combat step phases for my opponent's turn. This would allow me to set a stop for after attackers are declared before actually entering the combat step.
i would like this optino to be able to use the autopass feature to attempt to hide information from my opponent.

Game client does not close on exit.
When I close the game, it freezes and I need to shut it by force through right click - Close window. Otherwise it gets stuck forever. Happened every day since last week.

Format change
Between Matches the game switches formats without me choosing. And I unwillingly play alchemy without choosing to.

Settings buttons are slow, exiting the game crashes the app
I would recommend using an error and performance monitoring tool like Sentry.io

Failure to maintain server connection for starters.
So. You fix "loading initial scene" followed by connection failure. Followed by repeated failure to connectcto server. Two updates. Zero ability to play on a device claimed to be supported. Customer support directed me to use the FAQ and follow the suggested actions. After my initial email stated I had done so before filing a bug report.

Data Log Files Exceeding Upper Limit to Successfully Log Compliant
Data Log Files Exceeding Upper Limit to Successfully Log Compliant. When I try to upload a Data Log file to register a complaint against a player who is roping then if I've been playing for several hours or days the Data Log File can exceed 200,000KB. I've concluded that about 40,000KB is the uppermost data that can be uploaded to the complaint register. My issue is why does WotC require all the data for every game since I commenced playing that day. If I do not turn my PC off for several days then the data file is huge. Doesn't…

Unable to sign in to my account on Firefox
When trying to sign in to my account using Firefox to report another issue, I am unable to sign in, the screen where you enter your username and password says "Unexpected error. Please try again." The page functions correctly using Chrome.

Two musics playing simultaneously
It happens to me two or three times, last time after a "match nul" (draw game ?): when entering the next match the music of the previous arena is displayed simultaneously with the new one ...

Missing UI images/elements after completing event
Finished a traditional draft on mobile (Nokia xr20) and encountered missing UI elements in the menus, leaving white blocks in their place. Restarting resolved the issue.

Can't log to my account that's been enabled after a ban
Hello
It's everything in the title, my account has been terminated about 6 month ago, recently I've been pleased to receive a mail saying that it was enabled. But since that mail I still encounter the same error message for a banned account:
"an unexpected error occured (error code: fobidden), please try again".
I sent 2 tickets, one is noted "solved" but none has been answered I absolutly don't understand what's going on and what to do or if there is a delay and how long in this case ????
