How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Daily Win Rewards not Showing After FNM Win

    1. Win FNM three or more times with weekly win quest and daily quest finished but daily win quest incomplete.

    2. Android

    3. While playing FNM I did not see my daily win rewards after each win. I did see the FNM rare ICRs. I can see my gold counter increase after winning, and I can see the daily win quest progressing, but I do not see my ICRs or gold in the Claim Rewards window. In fact, after getting my first two FNM wins, I do not see the Claim Rewards window at all. I checked in the Play queue and saw…

  2. Mastery Pass Crimson Vow - popover covers orb spot for Bloodpetal Celebrant sleeve.

    On the Mac OS client. Mastery Pass Crimson Vow - the popover showing the card sleeve covers the orb spot for Bloodpetal Celebrant sleeve. Thus I can't place the orb and earn the sleeve. Please help!

    I can't resize the window/pick resolution on mac since several updates ago either. It's rough going out here.

  3. Must reinstall MTGA with every update

    I Have been playing since the closed beta and have to reinstall the entire game every update. I have looked online many times to find a solution. I have deleted every MTGA file and redownloaded it, yet I still need to reinstall the entire game for the game to update.

  4. Top 2000 Mythic showing 99% and diamond icon

    Winning a match shows my rank within the top 2000 players, but afterwards it only shows 99%. Also, the icon is a diamond rather than the red mythic gem.

  5. I can't reanimate

    when I go to revive a creature from the graveyard, the application does not let me search and I have to do it from the default creatures

    Got error code 89 with following post message, actually date of birth doesnt matter, happens on any date

  8. "Favorite deck signs" not showing

    1. Go to "play" and change your recently used deck (last played ranked standard)
    2. Occurs for me on PC and Android, not tested on Mac
    3. The list of available decks doesn't show the favorite icons (stars) and the sorting seams slightly wrong/different
    4. I'd expect to see my favorite decks first marked with stars sorted by recently used

    5. To fix I need to switch to the "events" tab first and back to the "ranked/play" tab, then it's showing correctly

  9. "Friend Challenge Exists" problem

    Cannot issue a Friends Challenge due to erroneous "Friends Challenge Exists". Have tried exiting Arena and restarting it, have also flushed dns per the instructions here. Both me and my friend are getting the same "Friends Challenge Exists" screen, which cancels the new challenge.
    Also tried issuing a Direct Challenge, but my friend never received the Challenge, and likewise his Direct Challenge to me was never received.

  10. Did not advance mastery level when gained 1000 xp

    Got 1000 xp from a daily quest (750) and first win of the day (250) and my mastery level did no go up. Not sure if got any experience at all...

    The daily and weekly reward track have disappeared and I am not receiving any rewards for my wins, even though I have not yet completed the daily or weekly maximums.

  12. Switching The Play Blade Categories Messes Up The Invalid Cards Counts

    When toggling between the Events/Play/Last Played tabs in the Play Blade, it completely messes with the number of Invalid Cards in a deck.
    * The yellow triangle on decks disappears
    * The amount of invalid cards on hover are different

    Steps to reproduce:
    * Open the Play Blade
    * Select Play/Brawl/Historic Brawl
    * Have decks with invalid cards
    * Select Events or Last Played Tab
    * Go back by selecting the Play (middle) Tab
    * Yellow triangles disappeared and on hover, "Invalid Cards" show a completely different number

  13. Decks In Deck Selection Show Incorrect Invalid Cards That Are All Over The Place

    As you can see in the screenshots, the number of invalid cards in the yellow triangle and the invalid cards as indicated on hover are all different and inconsistent (some higher some lower).

  16. Accessible and Secure way to manually change E-mail of WotC account

    After suggesting the following in my correspondence with customer support in Incident 2323574. I was asked to put this information here. Ironic that instead of filing my suggestion on my User Experience internally by the customer support rep I have once again been required to take manual action myself if I expect any result. But because I'm stubborn I'll humor the process as dictated by WotC.

  18. Mastery Pass fails to give mythic wildcard

    I have yet to receive any mythic wildcards from the mastery pass subscription. I’m level 76. This has been going on for too long and not been fixed. iOS.

    Furthermore I absolutely hate that I cannot contact customer support for help on this or any other issue - I just post on this forum and wait for voting outrage to someday get bad enough that it might get addressed.
