How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. won't load past "checking for active matches"

    On my PC (windows current) game will not load beyond "checking for active matches". It appears to update. I have wiped it several times, and reloaded it. I have tried to reload it a number of times over itself. This has been going on for a couple of months. Nothing works.

    I had this problem previously with "Loading Initial Scene", but after a few weeks, it came back and I was able to play. I can't play on my PC.

  2. Arena crashes at launch

    My Arena did crash while i was ingame and now it cant start anymore.
    Nothing works it just doesnt react when i try to start it.
    already restarted reinstalled whats going on.
    playing on high end pc and i play since beta and never had this problem

  3. no es capaz de cargar la pantalla de carga, se queda en la parte de comprobando partidas activas

    no carga la sección de comprobando partidas activas, he probado y con los mismos datos funciona en otros equipos por lo que no se que podría ser la solución, ya he probando reiniciando la cache.

  4. Can't play since last update

    As far as I click on the "play" button in the main menu, everything get extremly laggy, and even if I can play a second time on the "play" button to launch my bo1 ranked game, so laggy that it freeze after finding the opponent

  6. Authentication timeout

    Cannot log in. Keep getting the following error message:

    "Unable to Login

    Authentication failed for <username>:
    Timeout"

    MTG Arena Status claims that login is working fine. Clearly it isn't, I'm not having any other network issues.

  7. Earn a New Deck Reward freezes UI

    Whenever I complete a reward earning a New Deck (one of the begginer's two colored deck), the reward doesn't load, which makes the reward screen stuck, showing nothing. I can't close the interface so I can't post any logs. To leave the screen I have to close the game and start it again.

    Despite of that, when I open the game again all of the rewards are received correctly (coins, exp, and the deck).

    This has happened on both PC and iOS.

  9. Show phases button in options (or pressing L) don't work

    When you set the game to show phases and go out of the settings, it doesn't show the phases still, and when you go back into settings it has unticked itself again. It does this over and over. Once you get locked into this bug, you cannot get the phases to show unless you force full control mode all the time.

    Pretty huge bug as it makes you unable to play normally.

  10. Log in

    Just uninstalled and then re-installed MTG arena on my Windows PC due to not baing able to play Ranked and norma play for four days... and after re.installing I can't log in or even reset password... I know all my data is correct so I don't know what's ahppening... Thanks in advance for the help!

  13. Shoping-card icon breaks immersion

    The new shopping-cart icon (as a modern world sign) on the top menu really looks out of place. Maybe find a better iconography.

  14. Incorrect Card Displayed

    Was playing Draft, opponent used Kobold Warcaller’s ability for permanent haste on what was a conjured genasi rabble-rouser it entered the battlefield with “Red Dragon’s Ability” causing damage and when attacked the art remained Genasi but acted like “Red Dragon” when damage was dealt causing a loss.

  16. iPad can't switch to ranked

    The UI is bugged, I can only join the "Play" ladder. I switch to Ranked or Brawl and the "Play" button that usually joins the ranked queue becomes greyed out.

  17. Resolution issue on Mac (Innistrad Crimsom Vow Update)

    After the last update, there is only ONE option available for resolution, (in my case 1680 x 1050) no matter if you play on windowed or full screen mode. The resolution does not fit the screen and the quality is terrible. It is very hard to read cards.

  18. My account won’t log in

    I’m on mobile iOS and my game won’t open. I’ve updated the phone. I have all the minimum spec requirements. I have deleted and restarted the application 4 times. I have changed the password to my account through wizards. Why can’t I log in?
