How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Sideboard Not Complete in Deckbuilder

    When viewing a complete deck (60 card mainboard with a 15 card sideboard), the UI reads 15 cards in the sideboard but only 2 or 3 are viewable rather than the complete 15 card Sideboard. I am encountering this on PC, but I did some testing and am experiencing the same issue on mobile.

  2. Koi Pet (Digital Origami Fish)

    Folded Koi pet (fish) is missing from my game.....
    It is literally my favorite pet and after paying $50 in arena for it it means a lot to me. I do but don't care about money. I would love me pet back.

  3. Sideboard disappeared?

    Ever since the last update most of my sideboard has been invisible. It's there and I can use it in a match but when I go to edit it half of it is invisible. It makes it really hard to edit my decks 😥

  4. Sideboard bug: OTJ

    Strange bug that hides all of my sideboard cards except 6 or 7 when I expand the side. It still shows number correctly, ej. 15. I don't trust it and don't want to change any cards and maybe lose my decks, so I've experimented only minimally. But testing this on multiple decks all have the same issue.

  6. Sideboard does not display correctly

    PC
    Sideboard does not displey corrctly.
    Only "1x".
    A(2) + B(4) + C(4) + D(4) + E(3) = ALL(15), displayed A&B&C

  7. ICRs not being assigned after update

    After the latest update (18.07.23), individual card rewards for completing dailies are not being assigned anymore, at least on mobile on Android. Experience and gold are handed out fine.

  8. Sideboard only showing 4/15 cards when in deckbuilding

    I am trying to modify my sideboard for my timeless Bo3 with the new set just dropping. My sideboard states that it has 15 cards in it, but only my companion and 3 additional cards show. I have not modified anything. I am able to add cards, but then it says that I am over the 15 card limit.

  10. land option in filter missing

    No option to add/change lands in edit menu. Land section has been replaced with the word battle.

  11. bug deckbuilder

    The bug is that even tho my deck is set up as a traditional Strandard Game, I'm stuck with the Bo1 6 cards sideborad. I can add card to my sideborad but they don't show on the Hus, I can't remove them or make any changes. Drop you the pics. Thanks for fixing

  12. Call a surprise witness cardstyle not given

    Call A Surprise Witness style not awarded from MKM Story Festival

    I was not properly awarded the alternate card style for Call A Surprise Witness from the MKM story decks festival, despite the reward being listed as given out just for entering the festival.

  13. Lands not showing in deck builder

    Land not showing in deck builder.
    Playing on mobile MTG arena. Since March of the machines update lands aren't showing in the deck builder. 4/18/2023

  14. Land

    Having issues on mobile with adding basic lands to any deck, drafting and my regular standard decks. I can't search for any and the battles keep coming up on the land tab in deck builder...

  15. サイドボードがちゃんと表示されない。　Sideboard is not displayed properly.

    　BO3のエクスプローラーのデッキ構築画面でサイドボードを選ぼうと思ったら7枚のBO1用のサイドボードしか表示されない。

    　ビッグスコアと物語カードのスキン選択も挙動がおかしい。不便だから早く直してほしい。

    When I try to select a sideboard on the BO3 Explorer deck construction screen, only 7 sideboards for BO1 are displayed.

    The skin selection for the big score and story cards also behaves strangely. It's inconvenient so I hope it gets fixed soon.

  16. deck builder mode

    The side boards (of all of my decks) are not showing in full on the deck builder mode and therefore I cannot edit them

  17. All cards opened from packs (Ixalan specifically) are marked as “First”

    On iOS. When opening new packs from the purchased 50 pack bundle, every single card is marked as First. I was opening 10 packs at a time, but had the same experience when I shifted to opening 1 pack at a time. Every single card was marked First

  18. Mana color filter in deck creation isn't working

    Whenever I go to build a deck on the android app, haven't checked PC, the filter to choose which mana colors you want to focus on doesn't work. I tried to filter only black and green spells and it still showed all colors. I'm still able to create a deck, it's just inconvenient when I'm looking for specific types of cards.

  19. Can't view full Sideboard on Android or Mac OS

    I am not able to see my full Sideboard (just 5 cards) when viewing my deck from the "Decls" tab and "Find Match" if I want to view or make changes to the deck before I start a match. I've been experiencing this issue since the most recent update. I have tried this on Mac and Android. The only workaround I've found is to move the viewable Sideboard cards into my deck until I find the cards I want to change and then put them all back into my Sideboard; which is both time consuming and makes me use more…

  20. Midnight Assassin from Streets of New Capenna not usable in Historic?

    Not sure if this is a bug, but the game will not let me use Midnight Assassin from Streets of New Capenna in a Historic built deck. I have gotten this deck to work with this card removed, and I've gotten it to work with other cards from Streets of New Capenna. I am not sure if this is a bug, or some other restriction on the card. The game won't even tell me this card is an issue within the deck, I had to troubleshoot by taking cards out of the deck to find out which card was the…
