How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Token error when viewing Valduk, keeper of the flame
On ios when you tap and hold on the card “Valduk, keeper of the flame” to view the card it displays an extra token next to the card that the card does not create.

Pack not added to my cards
I pulled a Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur in a Mythic pack, but it didn’t show up in my collection. Unfortunately I didn’t take a screen shot, nothing like this has happened before to my knowledge. Oddly, I do seem to have an extra Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant that I’m pretty sure I did not have before.

Gems instead of cards
Midweek Magic/Jump In... Instead of getting rare cards on my first two wins, I am getting only a few gems. It's annoying because my collection is far from complete and gems are only a little help to buy a replacement card. My experience seems to be that I am getting these annoying little gems far too often for a casual player.
When you win a small prize in an event such as a random rare card, then you should get a random rare card that you don't own. There is not one card in this game that has value outside…

Didn’t get my packs
I claimed my three MOM packs from the message in my inbox, but they didn’t seem to appear in my Packs tab. Not sure why this happened. I had 50 packs from the pre-order but that number didn’t change. I would really like to get those packs.

New Deck editing screen
You can't see your deck card images.
You can't change the quantity of the cards in your deck.
If you tap any of the cards in your deck then they leave the deck.
There's no Lands.There's no way to play your game. You should've taken the game down for maintenance during the update like more successful gaming companies. You know, test it yourselves before releasing it.... it's worth losing the couple hours of money than having to spend even more to fix all the errors.

Deck edit menu is sensroy overload and really bad.
The new deck edit screen is awful. If I can't change the quantity of the cards in my deck without them removing from my deck by a simple single tap. I can't see the pictures or contexts of the cards in my deck. I see my deck as this silly sidebar some dev needs to stay late to fix. I cannot make a deck or play Arena anymore if this is the new deck edit template. My kids and I will go play yugioh if that's the way this game is going to change. I dont want to see my…

Bonus version of Lier, Disciple of the Drowned non-existent
Bonus version of Lier, Disciple of the Drowned does not appear in collection or in alternate styles. Does this card actually exist, as crafting it implies that it should be?

Deck Disappears After Confirming.
In the Premier Draft "Phyrexia: Perfect Unity"
As the title suggests, if you confirm the deck after picking, an error will occur and you will encounter a bug where the deck disappears.

Make draftable cards searchable
It would be very helpful if the cards from other cards' drafting spellbooks were searchable in the card collection. I was very confused (albeit somewhat my fault for not paying close enough attention) when I played against someone who had a Contagion Engine on the battlefield, which I had not seen in the game before. I was excited to try playing with it but was unable to find it when searching for that card name in the collection.

Bug
I have a historic deck that will no longer allow me remove cards from the Sideboard. When I view the Sideboard the number is red. which usually indicates and error, but I can't seem to find it. I included a capture log and a screenshot. This is on PC

Being Able to access lists in different Languages
One is unable to Import decklists in a different language. Is it possible to streamline this for Arena users?

karn living legacy brawl deck
i try to make a brawl deck with karn living legacy in commander but i don't know why the deck don't update when i use finish, but i can make deck with a commander with a color and i just have this issu with a corlorless commander.

Reward cards not staying in the collection
It appears that sometimes, card rewarded when wining games do not stay in my collection. first time, it happened with Black Market Tycoon from New Capenna, and now, it appears that the last card I can't find no more in my collection is All will be one from the set with the same name.
Am I the only one for whom this kind of things happens? I am now keeping track of what rares and mythics I win to avoid becoming crazy thinking I won cards that do not stay in my collection.1 vote -
