How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

CARDS DISAPPEARED
Hi, after many months i'm back on this game and i've noticed that a lot of my old cards have been disappered! Anyone can tell me how its happened? Especially cards from my old control decks but in general i ve lost a lot of cards!!!

Import Deck Problem
When I try to import a new deck, a receive an error stating that the string is empty, but i've just clicked on the import button, without selecting anything else.

No gems were given for opening duplicate rares
I recently opened packs where 20 gems were offered for duplicate rares, but my gem counter didn't go up with each pack opened.

Packs not visible during draft
During Zendikar Rising traditional draft, the pack contents were not visible for approximately 30% of packs. After returning to the home screen, and then resuming the draft, the cards would appear about 10% of the time.

Missing Mastery Path Mythic Card Rewards
I do not receive any of the promised Mythic Card rewards when I complete the Mastery pass levels. This happened for level 29, 39, 49, and 56 (my current level). Please fix and provide the cards to my account.

Did not receive deck for completing quest
I completed the cast 25 black/blue spells quest and did not receive the next 2 color deck. The quest did however go on cool down.

Preconstructed Decks Missing
Logged in today to find all my earned preconstructed decks were missing from deck list. I completed todays challenge to earn a new one and that deck didn't show up either...

Mastery Pass Mythic Card Reward Missing
I've purchased a mastery pass this time around and when i've reached level 39 to receive my mythic card reward all i saw was the uncommon "Cauldron Familiar", and im not sure if that was from the daily reward or not.
Either way im unsure if i got the mythic card and if thats the case what can i do about it?

Deck building count
My deck is showing that I am running 4 Saw it Coming but only registers 2 of them. Even if I take two of them out it still registers that there are two remaining, and my count will be at 58/60; Although I am unable to take out the remaining Saw it Comings.

missing mythic wildcards
I had 6 rare wildcards and 2 mythic wildcards, when I crafted 2 rare cards I also lost the 2 mythic wildcards

Wildcard Redeem failure
Wildcard Redeem Error. Wildcards are redeeming in deck creation in spite of the fact that an error message appeared saying "wildcard redemption failed: unable to contact server" or "Wildcard redemption failed: could not redeem wildcard." I just burned through maybe 2-3x the wildcards i meant to; i would love for that to be undone.

Card stuck to cursor
I was editing my draft deck when I clicked on a card from the rest of my pool and dragged it and it just got stuck to my cursor. Going out of editing the deck didn't help. Moving to edit a normal deck in my collection resulted in the card being stuck mid air and the cards from those spots were placed in the same mid air position. (screenshots attached)
Only on the first page of the cards collection. It seems to be related to the card position in the edit screen (duhh :D).

I recieved a Rare ICR I shouldn't because I already had 4 of them
Dear support of MTG Arena,
In my last playing session I played FNM at Home: Historic and received my second reward, which was a Rare ICR. But in it came a Temple of Silence from the M21 set. This shouldn't have happened, since I already own 4 copies of Temple of Silence in my collection from the M20 set, and duplicate protection is in place.
I believe this is a bug, and for the effectively lost Rare ICR I would like to receive a new one or a Rare Wildcard accordingly.

Level 29 Mastery Bug
Not receiving Mythic Rare card up reaching Mastery Level 29, looks like this is a bug with your game and has been happening to a lot of people. Please fix ASAP as we pay extra for the mastery pass to receive these rewards.

Colour Challenge Decks not Unlocking - Last round also not with Colour Deck
Colour Challenges are not unlocking any of the decks upon completion.
Also the final stage for every colour challenge doesn't happen with that deck but instead asks me to choose another random deck.
I have been playing since the first Beta o I suspect this is related to my account not being reset properly.
I can't get any of the new deck unlocks for any colour challenge.

Missing gems
I just complete a Premier draft event (4 wins). I hit claim prizes, but it did not give me my 1400 gems. My gem count didn't change. I tried restarting the client, but I am still not seeing the gems

Matched against a Historic deck in the Play queue
Yesterday I was matched against a historic deck while playing my standard deck in the Play queue.
