How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Decathlon finals ended during my last match and I didn't get any prizes

    Hello, I was playing the last game in the Decathlon finals and the event ended during my match. After I finish my match, it just closed out and I seem to haven't got any prizes. I had 6 wins while I was playing.

  5. Non-Standard Cards in Standard Ranked

    Dear Wizards/MTG Arena
    Please can you remove non standard cards from Standard Ranked matches. I believe if the name of the game mode is "Standard Ranked", players should be playing Standard legal decks. If I see my opponent is using one of these cards, I take a screenshot of the card and auto concede as I want to play standard games, not historic. As a result, my rank has gone down dramatically, causing me to be playing against players more likely to be running these cards, and so am stuck in a downward spiral.

  6. Arena Cube Decathlon Finals sideboard bug

    I am competing in the Decathlon Finals with my token entry (event: Arena Cube Draft Bo3).
    When I try to change lands between games (sideboard), after I do so and press 'Done', the client just refreshes and resets any changes made.

    Midweek event completed (3/3), all today. Only 2 wins registered for the daily wins, not 3. On PC. Log attached.

  8. game win counted as win and loss after cancelling matchmaking

    Platform:
    - PC

    Initial State:
    - record of 2-1 in Ikoria Quick Draft
    Steps:
    - queued up for a game in Ikoria Quick Draft
    - state changed from waiting to "entering match..."
    - waited at this state for two minutes (see screenshot)
    - pressed cancel
    - observed stated of Ikoria Draft Event screen and saw my record was 2-1
    - queued up again for Ikoria Quick Draft
    - played and won against opponent
    - was taken back to home screen for Ikoria Draft Event

    Expected Result
    - record of 3-1
    Actual Result
    - record of 3-2, so it seems as…

  9. Events

    There has to be something wrong with the events in this game. I have no problem winning playing a 1 on 1 but for some reason can't make it passed a couple wins in most events. Seems strange to me that I always end up losing in an event your supposed to get coins and cards from. If we can't get through the events how are we supposed to improve our decks. Not everyone spends money on all these apps. Some of us like to actually play.

  10. Waiting for a server in the middle of a draft cmon!!!

    I was on a draft table and at the end of packet 02 it appears waiting for the server and my connection does not return. At the moment my internet was working, as seen in the video. It's absurd for this to happen, I played two days in a row to get 10k gold to play a premier and it happens, frustrating for an *** player like me! This happened today! Mar-07

    I've ended Dec 2021 season on Platinum rank on constructed format but got rewards for Silver rank only. Could please look into this issue?

  13. I was playing quick draft on my Android and my two last games I was disconnected from the game

    I was playing quick draft on my cellphone (Android) and on my last 2 games I was disconnected from the game. My internet was working completely fine, only MTG Arena was not working. The first disconnected game I didn't even had the chance to reconnect, the second I was 2 turns behind without having played a land (and there was some interface issues that showed that a land I intended to play prior to disconnecting was in play, however, the game recognised it as in my hand)...

  14. Game got stuck after opponent timed out, registered as a loss for me.

    After my opponent used his/her time out, the game got stuck. After I reloaded Arena, there was a loss next to my name.

  15. Didn´t receive my quick draft rewards. Neither the two boosters, nor the gems.

  16. deck editing broken, still

    ever since the new set premier and sealed have been unable to edit decks. I have not even been able to play because i saved a partially edited deck thinking
    id be able to edit it later... please help. It was disheartening to have the app load an update and this isn't resolved or addressed.

  17. Middweek magic

    4/1/22

    after winning one of the rewards the game gave me the fifth copy of a card instead of giving me gems.

    This is not the first time it has happened in this event. please check and fix the bug.
