How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Unable to join draft after update

    On PC, after March 3rd update, I could not continue my draft, the error message indicating a Network error. No issue on my connection is occuring and I could join an Historic Brawl game just after

  2. Opponent timed out and it was reported as a loss for me

    Fix this bug? My opponent started to have their timer go down and eventually hit 00:00 on a sealed traditional draft. Once it hit 00:00, it even started counting up. It counted as a loss for me once I restarted the game.

    I would appreciate reimbursement for this loss and I'm unsure how to fix this bug. Maybe a warning message for me to restart earlier, especially if it was an error on my end to have just restarted earlier.

  3. Premium Draft VOW

    Hi, It's the first time that happen to me. I want report a bug in Premium Draft VOW today, Nov. 20th.

    In the 2nd booster, the 1st pick didn't appear on the screen, the timer keeps counting the seconds and then just jumped to the 2nd pick. I didn't click anything to make my pick, I lost a important card, probably the path of draft will change.

    Please WotC, fix these bugs to make the game experience more enjoyable.

  4. Purchased Quick Draft, received error, then Premier Draft

    Opened MTG and purchased a quick draft (-5k gold). when I tried to do my draft, it put me into "looking for a table" (which doesn't normally happen with bot drafting). then, when I clicked cancel, I got a "network error" message. I closed MTG, turned my wifi on and off, and then re-opened MTG, which downloaded a 3 MB update and a 10 MB update. When I opened MTG again, I was missing 10k gold and had the option to "resume" a premium draft. Especially weird considering the quick draft is still an option after the update.

  6. rare

    I just got an uncommon rather than a rare. This is for the midweek Alchemy event. I have attached the log. FYI, I have at least 12 wildcard rates given to me as fifth copies in the past two months. That's unacceptable. Please, review my file and give me back either rates I do not have of wildcards since in many cases I have paid for events where I did NOT get anything

    Meus rankings estão travados eu não consigo jogar, por que, não conta vitórias e nem as derrotas. Meu ranking não sobe nem desce, ou seja, está travado.

  10. Locked/Unavailable Profile, Decks and Store when playing Events

    When entering an event and playing a game (so far happened in Quick Draft and Jumpstart), the Profile, Decks and Store tabs become locked and the only way to turn them back on is to go to the main menu. After doing so, the "glow" indicating you have any packs left to open disappears.

    Also might be irreletad to this issue, but after obtaining a larger amount of new cards (by drafting or jumpstart for example), they are not shown as new cards.

  12. draft crashing

    My PC game draft crashed without been able to play. I was playing Premier Draft Neon Dynasty and the software crashed before I could look at my cards. I would like to get back my 1500 gems please. The game has crashed many times before in drafts but I just recently realized I can report these errors as bugs so I would like some compensation.

  13. Traditional Draft doesn't count toward limited rank

    I've been playing Traditional Draft of AFR since it came out, and only just realized that my limited rank is "you need to play a game to get rewards". Turns out, only playing Premier Draft increases your rank. I have to assume that this is a bug, because the alternative is that you looked at the most common limited format in MTG and said "yeah, that's not really limited".

  14. Draft event not giving daily win rewards

    For the 15 win Daily quest, when I am playing a draft event the winds count towards the 15 for the day. Yet I am not receiving the coins or experience (at least, not sure if I’ve noticed about the card rewards). I noticed this over the last two events that I participated in.

    IOS

    I can reproduce this by winning in a draft when I have less than 15 for the daily quest.

    I have tried restarting but my gold and experience do not change when I log back in.

  16. Mechtitan Core activation in Quick Draft

    I was playing the first game of a Kamigawa ND when I tried to activate the Mechtitan Core (the 5 mana ability) to attack and win that game, but the client crashed. I quickly restarted it, but the game was not resumed automatically and I was awarded a loss in the draft... I am using a PC with Windows 10 Home. This happened at around 9:35 am (UTC).

  18. Logged out/ Premier Draft Kamigawa.

    Arena disconnected me during premier kamigawa draft during maintenance. Can´t log back in and finish my draft.
    Is it possible to get a refund, please?

  19. Product suggestions

    Im on PC, playing a sealed event.
    When select attack, the game "hiccups" for a second, and becomes stuck on the select attackers step, after the attacker is moved "forward" but just before it is tapped, and the game "freezes" in an odd way. Anymations still play, I could still send and receive emotes. The timer started counting down, but even after running out nothing happened.

    I had to quit arena after nearly ten minutes of waiting for something to happen. Except now I can't connect to the server, logging in gives me two odd log in errors in succession:…
