How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Although I won in the game, MTGA results was "lose"...

    I started the quick draft game at 5 win 2 lose.
    I won the game.
    But the results was 5 win 3 lose.

  2. premier draft

    i was drafting when i lost my first game and i was taken out like i lost all 3, i got 250 gems and the dmu premier draft is gone.
    I request the refund of the 1500 gems that were spent or the game where I left off.

  3. Game crashed, didn't let me login into match showing "unable to locate collection" error

    Game crashed, didn't let me login into match showing "unable to locate collection" error.
    Once i managed to login again it didn't allow me to take any action and gave me a game loss for time out. Can you please look into it? The experience on mobile have been very frustrating. Thanks ViR

  4. Game crashes and closes after clicking Premier Draft 

    1.  I finished my last Premier Draft game and the game crashed when I was about to retrieve my prize, now the Premier Draft continues to show "Resume", but if I click it, the game crashes again, and now I am unable to join Premier Draft events.

    2.   This happened on PC.

    3.   While clicking Premier Draft, the game crashes instead of allowing me to start a new one.

    4.   The game should give the reward for the finished draft and then allow you to begin a new one.

    5. No relevant screenshots/videos

    6.  No workaround, found.

  6. draft recorded loss after win

    I was playing BRO quick draft and was at 4 wins and 2 losses. During my 7th game, I won but the game recorded this as a loss. I was playing on PC and am not able to reproduce this bug.

    I am unsure if any card interactions could have caused this but I had Air Martial, Ambush Paratrooper, Yotian Tactician, Martial Discipline, Surge Engine, Aeronaut's wings and Supply Drop on the board with 4 plains and 4 islands while my opponent had a Penregon Strongbull, 3 plains and 1 mountain. I don't have a screen capture of the board…

  7. Connection lost

    I cannot play more than 3 times because while im Play, the Connection lost and i losse the game. All the week ist the Same. I Play in Android. My Internet from the Cellphone o wi-fi running good

  8. Quests not completing

    My daily quests counted up until they reached just before the final number (24/15, 14/15, etc.), but would not actually finish, just hang at that final edge.

  10. Game lost for no reason

    Hello, I have just lost in the 3rd round of a "traditional standard event" game.
    I can't see any reason to have lost this game, neither the time elapsed nor any other effect seems to make me lose.

    Goblin charbelcher needs to be removed from the omni draft pool it is an auto win and the only counter play is to have a counter spell in hand in a format with a 3 card hand.

  13. Midweek Magic Historic Singleton Incorrect Reward

    Won a match in the Midweek Magic Historic Singleton event; description says reward card will be at least rare; got Feed the Infection, which is uncommon.

  15. Limited Rebalanced MISSING from Direct Challenge options

    There is no way to use Alchemized cards (the ones with the A next to their name) in a 40-card direct challenge.

    Players can make "limited rebalanced" decks, but it seems there is absolutely no way to use those decks (like Wizards forgot). If you make a challenge with those decks, all the Alchemy cards revert to their paper versions. There is no "limited rebalanced" challenge option.

    Since the current draft set is an Alchemy set, please fix this so that we may play the set as intended.

  16. waiting server screen on quick draft

    I have a problem, when i want to go to quick draft, i allways have waiting server screen and i m not able to access to the quick draft screen in order to begin a quick draft.

  17. Card changed "identity" after picking it in a draft

    First picked "Darling of the Masses", it changed to a blue card (Can't remember the name) after I picked it. I assumed I misclicked. Once I built my deck, I wasn't able to submit it because of a "Network Error". Went back to the deck builder and the card was back. Re-building the deck I think there were a couple other cards that changed after I picked them. This really screws with the draft and I saw it happen on LSVs stream too.

  18. Event missing/ended

    After the new update was released i opend MTGA and played two games of DMU Premiere Draft wich i already started before. After the two games i closed Arena. After some time i reopend Arena to finish my Premiere Draft (i was 4-2).
    After the loading screen there was a prompt that i received 1400 gems and three packs of DMU. Looking through the event tabs, i did not see any DMU events.

    I hope the events can be returned and i can finish my draft.

    Getting "Network Error Unable to join event. Please try again later." for every match I try to play. I have uninstalled once already and there is no change.

    quick draft disappeared/changed while still playing. Lost what i won, can't even access draft screen to claim prize.
