How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Game froze during game and I lost my draft gems. I want my gems back

Constantly getting kicked out a match
most of the time (90%) I’m in a match no matter if I’m losing or winning I’ll get kicked! Tried on several network and 2 platforms (pc and android tablet), it is all the same.

Shadow of the Second Sun Skips Post-Combat Main Phase
- Play Shadow of the Second Sun in pre-combat main phase.
- Post-combat main phase begins, triggering the aura.
- After the extra phase trigger resolves, it just skips to the end of turn.
The bug happens consistently, got some straight losses due to this one. Please fix it asap, thank you.

Event selection - Add option to hide/disable Alchemy events and news
I hate Alchemy. I prefer best of one premier draft of the current set. I play a lot of drafts. Muscle memory has me expecting my draft selection button to be in the same place on the screen every time I go to select my event. Every time you add an alchemy event you put the alchemy button right where I expect my Non-Achemy premier draft button. Today I clicked the wrong button. I did not realize it until the draft started. aetherdrift draft error
Jugando un draft premier de la expansion aetherdrift,en pc ( windows) lance un hechizo Alas rotas como instantaneo y se quedo al costado de la pantalla congelado sin lanzarse, y sin dejarme hacer nada mas que ver pasar el tiempo. es la segunda vez que me sucede. Si la expansion es inestable deberian cancelar los drafts hasta solucionar los errores.

Standard Metagame challenge Event kicked me off after 1 game, isn't it BO3?
I just started the Standard Metagame Challenge and got my loss after only game one! It did't even let me go to sideboarding for game 2!

Disconnected from the game
During a quick draft - omniscience game, the game froze. Once I restarted MTGA, I got the message posted below. Upon selecting "Reconnect", the game froze. I tried resetting the client a few times afterwards, with the same effect. Only after about 15 minutes I was able to connect to the game, but I was awarded a loss.

Extra loss during Draft
Went 1-2 in a MOM premier draft, but got an extra loss after game 2 I think. After playing my third game the draft ended at 1-3. 17 lands screenshot is attached.

Premier Draft Win/Lose Bug
I was playing on my desktop (Win 10), and I played 5 games with 4 wins and 1 loss in total. But I suddenly found that my draft result was 4 wins with 2 losses. This display bug frustrated me, cause if I didn't notice that and kept playing, only one more loss would end this draft, which was supposed to be two. The records of 17 lands that I attached prove that I only played 5 games and I won 4 of them, which made the "4 wins with 2 loses" result in MTGA ridiculous. This would cause me…

arena kick me out of the event
Arena kick me out of the event play in qualifier (bo3) at 22.30. I win the first match. I start the second and lose the first game; I win the second game by opponent's concession but meanwhile arena server crashes. Arena return to tournament page without play the third game and without results of the match. Now I'm not anymore in the event.

Why is Chrome Mox in the cube when cards like mana drain/dark ritual are not?? Having one card so much more powerful than every other card is a mistake, maybe nadu gets close in right deck but.. I just lost to a basically unbeatable draw and have already done the same to opponent today, im on a disability allowance so cannot afford rebuys so losing to agrro playing turn one Mox sux

Jump In
I have played Jump In several times since Murders of Karlov Manor was released and have not been offered any of the new packets as my first selection - I was offered a new packet once as my second selection. I have played Jump In enough in the past that I should have received a choice of a new packet every time; according to your rules about packet selection.
Something similar happened for a few sets in the past where you would not get to choose a new packet sometimes. That seemed to be fixed for the last set or…

Unable to take game action
Opponent passed turn, I was unable to take any game actions or cast spells. Turn tracker in bottom right was missing, my timer started ticking down. Restarted the app but by the time I got back in it had skipped my turn, lost game because of it

Midweek magic
Midweek magic on Arena is a great idea but could be improved. For example, almost every month there's an event that repeats something that is regularly available such as Standard or Alchemy. These should be replaced with Pauper and Artisan, which are a ton of fun and a great entry point for new players. Also, too much Momir!

NEW FROG SHOP IS TRASH, MAKE EVENTS FREE, THIS IS NOT MTGO THANKS.
New frog shop is trash, just make events free, i have to pay to partecipate in an event, it doesn't make sense to lock an event behind a paywall, it's rather frustrating, and predatory in it's execution.

Win being recorded as win and loss
I entered a match today with 2 losses and 0 wins. At the end of the match, which I won, it showed me with 1 win and three losses (it tallied both), and I was only able to claim my prizes. I was very surprised that I was unable to play again after a victory.

Traditional Draft Resign
After losing one match in Traditional Best of Three Bloomburrow Draft, I was no longer able to play in the event I drafted for, despite that being only my second match of the three I should have had. I would like to be reimbursed if possible.

Internet drops out for a second and you cannot reconnect to game
I have paid money for gems to be able to participate in events for the new set thunders of outlaw junction.
However, despite being close to winning this particular match, my internet dropped out very briefly.
I reset my modem, logged into Runescape on my side monitor, obviously internet is running fine, but I'm stuck idle in MTGA after "reconnection" and the game won't allow me to make any moves, forcing a loss.
This is honestly unacceptable considering a sealed event costs 2000 gems. It is best of 3 but still that is a substantial sum of money to lose…7 votes -
Bug: Repulsive Mutation
I cast Repulsive Mutation, X=1, with an opponent's Topiary Panther on the stack. I had a 3 power creature, and they had 2 mana open. I clicked my creature, clicked the Panther on the stack... and nothing. My opponent paid no mana, there was no red "wub wub wub" notification said the spell couldn't be countered, it simply resolved.
My best guess is what happened is that the client failed to register me clicking on the Topiary Panther and simply... did not warn me, which caused me very directly to lose the game. This shouldn't happen, for multiple reasons.
