How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Premier Draft W/L Bug - Game Counted as Both
I was playing Premier Draft OTJ, and on my sixth game (which I entered with a 3-2 record), I won, but when I exited the match, the game had registered as both a win and a loss. My record had gone from 3-2 to 4-3 instead of to 4-2, thus ending my draft prematurely. At the same time, the game suddenly started using significantly more (a little over double) of my computer's memory, and eventually my computer's memory maxed out, and MTGA crashed. Snakeskin Veil not working during Quick Draft Outlaws
FIVE TIMES I had the mana and one or two Snakeskin Veils available during battle. All five times, that instant was not an option either before selecting blockers or after selecting blockers. I could have taken out several of his creatures if that had been working, but because they did not work, I lost the game. When I practiced with a similar deck against the bot Sparky, that instant worked fine, but not in the event game. I will upload two screenshots and have many more if you want them. I also upload the log file.

The number of missions to jump in once and complete the "Jump In!" event three times was displayed as 1/3, but when I restarted MTGA, the number was reset to 0/3. It was.
The same thing happened to me before, but at the time I thought it was just my imagination.

“Report a Bug” page request sign-in, though signed in
MTG Arena crashed mid-premium draft (paid for with gems) and I went to the support page for a refund. I arrived at mtgarena-support.wizards.com, use the scroll down window to select “Report a problem in your Event”, and it informs me I have to sign-on. I click the sign-in button, sign-in, get redirected to my account page, click customer service, click report a bug (how I found this page), click “Submit a Request” at the bottom, once again selected “Report a problem in your Event”, and once again it inform me I have to sign-in. Cube Draft TriLand cant use
If you try to use Tri-Land card (Ex:Raffine's Tower) in a cube draft, it will look like this image and you won't be able to use it.

Win being recorded as win and loss
I entered a match today with 2 losses and 0 wins. At the end of the match, which I won, it showed me with 1 win and three losses (it tallied both), and I was only able to claim my prizes. I was very surprised that I was unable to play again after a victory.

Internet drops out for a second and you cannot reconnect to game
I have paid money for gems to be able to participate in events for the new set thunders of outlaw junction.
However, despite being close to winning this particular match, my internet dropped out very briefly.
I reset my modem, logged into Runescape on my side monitor, obviously internet is running fine, but I'm stuck idle in MTGA after "reconnection" and the game won't allow me to make any moves, forcing a loss.
This is honestly unacceptable considering a sealed event costs 2000 gems. It is best of 3 but still that is a substantial sum of money to lose…4 votes -
Uncommon instead of rare reward
I completed the MWM Chimil event and received an uncommon as my second reward, despite the event listing it as a guaranteed rare.

automatic loss in match while opponent times out
I had started my first match of a draft and was waiting for my opponent to mulligan. I watched their timer go down and expected it to use a timeout. After waiting, I ultimately ended up with a Defeat despite their clock going down.

accidentally used draft token
I was on the "Outlaws of Thunder Junction" premier draft on my Android phone. I didn't get a screenshot, but there was a floating coin in the middle of the screen. I looked like there was a UI bug with the "daily challenge" coins, and they were in the wrong place. I clicked on the floating coins and it triggered me to join the draft, eating my "draft token." I immediately canceled that since I did not want to use my draft token on this event, but it looks like it was consumed. You may want to look into this…

full steam ahead
playing quick draft thunder junction, opponent played Full Steam Ahead which says each creature can't be blocked by more than one creature, but would only allow me to block with 2 of my 3 creatures even though they were attacking with three creatures. No other effects influenced this. Unfortunately, this was my 3rd loss and I would have won on the following turn.

Starter Decks Not Adding to Account
so, winning or losing has no effect on adding the starter decks from the starter event to my account. as per the "instructions" that disappear before you can even read them...

No way to improve limited rank
Since OTJ update, there's literally no way to improve one's limited rank. I know y'all shifted to only allowing best-of-1 premier drafts to count for this, but even those aren't affecting limited rank now. Could you fix this soon, please? One of the nice things about having these drafts ranked is that I'm more likely to be paired with someone with a comparable skill level--I'd prefer this over playing a bunch of randos who might not know what they're doing or be ridiculously better than me.

LCI Quick draft not working
LCI Quick Draft is not working.
When I press PLAY, the game says "Currently Waiting" for tens of minutes and never starts.
