How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

opponent didnt lose when life hit 0
i had my opponent down to 1 and attacked with a 3/3 flyer and opponent had no blocks. they were hit but didnt lose the life from the attack

August 2022 cube list is probaby the most unbalanced and unfun. the only existing decent strategy is aggro decks. up to now by far the worst
before the next Cube list please test it a bit. the only draftable decks are aggro lists. by far the worst cube list up to now. simply go monored/white or waste 4000 gold

Card Switched After Drafting
I was doing a Premier draft on PC. My first pack of my premier draft I drafted Body Launderer. Then when the pack passed and I got my next pick, the card changed into the rare from the pack passed to me (Obscura Ascendancy) So then I was confused and had to draft as if my first pick had changed. After the draft it gave me an error and kicked me out of premier draft. I then re-entered and it had changed my Obscura Ascendancy back into the Body Launderer. Changed my pick orders slightly and the deck did not…

Draft Bug with not receiving proper card
Picked a rare in the draft and received grim wanderer instead. Quite frustrating as I wanted to have a fun build around rare for the draft to try out the updated format.

Bugged Obscura Interceptor
I lost my draft because Obscura Interceptor is bugged. Major let down. Can I get a refund?
I went to get the game log bit mtga crashed while I filled this out.
Generally, I love magic, but I have had to report a lot of bugs. Bummer.

color challenge deck
こんにちは、はじめまして。
Color Challenge攻略を前にして、バグの攻略を迫られて困っている者です。BlackのColor Challengeで既知のバグ『イベントに参加できませんでした。もう一度お試しください』が発生し、対処策を探している中で
BlackのColor ChallengeのDeck枚数が画面によって異なることを発見しました。
具体的に、画面遷移ごとのDeck枚数の差異を下記に記します。①[ホーム]＞「プレイ」ボタン＞Black Color Challengeの画面＞デッキ「冷血な吸血鬼」をタップ＞デッキ編集画面
→Deck枚数は 64/60枚★Deck編集もできず、カードもローテーション落ち扱いされてます。
②[ホーム]＞[デッキ]＞[マイ・デッキ]＞ロック状態の「冷血な吸血鬼」をタップ＞「デッキを表示」＞デッキリストが表示
→Deck枚数は 56枚③[ホーム]＞[デッキ]＞スターター・デッキ＞ロック状態の「冷血な吸血鬼」をタップ＞「デッキを表示」＞デッキリストが表示
→Deck枚数は 60枚すでにCPU戦を終え、勝利報酬も獲得済みです。
にも関わらず、既知のバグが発生し、なおかつ画面によって枚数の表示が異なっているのもまたバグではないでしょうか。どうか、既存・新規のプレイヤーの皆さまがColor Challengeを
パスできるよう一日も早い修正をお願いします。何卒、よろしくお願いいたします。

Product suggestion
Since i and many other people are applying a job schedule each 6th week in advance with some weekends to choose , it is important that the dates for all the coming events like Qualifier weekends, Arena open and live events like LMS, local RCQ, are scheduled at least 2-3 or more months prior to the event.
Also i am a divorced dad that have my child each second week/weekend, it would be nice if you try to lay all the events like i mentionen above on the same week number like odd or even week, and have the same…

Player Draft frozen after P3P1
Was in a New Capenna traditional draft when the draft menu froze after selecting my first card in pack 3. Game was frozen for long enough (five minutes or so?) that I exited out of the draft. Had to close the game and reopen to get back in - by that time, my entire 3rd pack had been auto-picked (several picks were off-color too, for some reason?)

Bug no Draft
Olá.
Eu estava na escolha do draft e simplesmente minha tela congelou, quando retornei estava tudo selecionado as cards sendo que a minha internet estava estável e o programa em nenhum momento relatou "problema de conexão", apenas ficou congelado como se eu tivesse que esperar.

Bug: Game frozen after draft
Completed premier draft, am on the Claim Prize screen, but the client is stuck. There is no prize pictured on the screen and clicking the Claim Prize button, or anywhere else on the screen, results in a sound effect, but does not move the app forward.

Can not pick any card in Draft New Capena
I just play twice Draft New Capena about 3 pm 4/30/2022 and 12 am 1/5/2022.
When i first pick one card in draft , i can not get it and the time is not going. Just i restart my pc, i can enter the game.BUT my card is pretty bad.
My network is just good,because i am live telecast;

alchemy draft ended early please refund
Due to a system crash, the alchemy premiere draft was ended early which meant I didn't have the opportunity to play all of my games. I had reached 1 win and no loses but was then just assigned 3 losses. Please could I have my gems refunded as this was not my fault and not an expected end to the event.

Bug: Meathook massacre in cube draft did not gain life
I cast meathook massacre in the cube draft and my opponent had 4 creatures while I had two. all the creatures died properly, and he lost life due to my creatures dying, but I didn't gain any life due to his creatures dying.

言われたので記載する。シャッフルについて、
ルールの適合性をユーザーはどうやって
確認すれば良いのか？
又は、プログラムがルールに適合している事を
ウィザーズ社はどうやって証明しているのか？サポートが言う十分にテストされて問題無かった結果を
第三機関に確認してもらった証明書があるなら
提示して頂きたい。自社判断で問題無いと言い張るのは
一方的で根拠が無く、子供の遊びと同じだが、
そんな低水準で仕事をしているのか？いい加減、逃げずに真剣に答えろ。

From 500 to 2500 coins for historic
I think it’s exaggerate this difference now after update to join an event I used to enjoy and play just this many times per day ..now I can join barely one per week unless I pay for money …things I never will do for ur greedy ..
